٢٧ - يبذل العديد من الكيانات داخل منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة نشاطا في مجموعة واسعة ومتنوعة من المشاريع والبرامج في ميدان الطاقة.

36. Among the important responsibilities of the High Commissioner is that of providing, through the Centre for Human Rights and other appropriate institutions, advisory services and technical and financial assistance at the request of the State concerned and, where appropriate, the regional human rights organizations, with a view to supporting actions and programmes in the field of human rights.
٣٦ - من بين المسؤوليات الهامة التي يتحملها المفوض السامي هي أن يقدم، عن طريق مركز حقوق اﻹنسان وغيره من المؤسسات المناسبة، خدمات استشارية ومساعدة فنية ومالية، بناء على طلب الدولة المعنية، وعند الاقتضاء، بناء على طلب منظمات حقوق اﻹنسان اﻹقليمية، وذلك بغية دعم اﻹجراءات والبرامج في ميدان حقوق اﻹنسان.

16. The host institution must also be able to meet the challenge of appraising projects and programmes in the field of desertification where it will benefit from a well-developed institutional knowledge base and extensive field experience in the area of rural development and dryland management.
٦١- ويجب أن تكون المؤسسة المضيفة قادرة أيضاً على الاستجابة لتحدي تقييم المشاريع والبرامج في ميدان التصحر، وهو ميدان ستستفيد فيه من قاعدة معارف مؤسسية متطورة جيداً وخبرة ميدانية واسعة في مجال التنمية الريفية وإدارة اﻷراضي الجافة.

42. The Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice also encouraged Member States, in resolution 2006/29, to promote an active and visible policy for integrating a gender perspective into the development and implementation of policies and programmes in the field of crime prevention and criminal justice in order to assist with the elimination of violence against women and girls.
42 - وشجعت لجنة منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية أيضا الدول الأعضاء، في القرار 2006/29، على انتهاج سياسة فعالة وواضحة لإدماج منظور جنساني في إعداد وتنفيذ السياسات والبرامج في ميدان منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية بغية المساعدة في القضاء على العنف ضد النساء والفتيات.

3. Further urges Member States to promote an active and visible policy of integrating a gender perspective into the development and implementation of all policies and programmes in the field of crime prevention and criminal justice which may assist in the elimination of violence against women so that, before decisions are taken, an analysis may be made to ensure that they entail no unfair gender bias;
٣ - تحث كذلك الدول اﻷعضاء على أن تشجع رسم سياسة نشطة ومحسوسة ترمي إلى إدراج منظور نوع الجنس في صوغ وتنفيذ جميع السياسات والبرامج في ميدان منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية التي قد تساعد على القضاء على العنف ضد المرأة، لكي يتسنى اجراء تحليل للقرارات قبل اتخاذها بغية كفالة ألا يترتب عليها تحيز غير منصف قائم على نوع الجنس؛

" 3.
