Pursuant to General Assembly resolution 50/213 C of 7 June 1996, the Secretary-General has the honour to transmit, for the attention of the General Assembly, the attached report, conveyed to him by the Under-Secretary-General for Internal Oversight Services, on the audit and investigation of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda.
