وإذ يحيط علما بقرار الجمعية العامة 40/34 المؤرّخ 29 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 1985، الذي اعتمدت الجمعية العامة بمقتضاه إعلان مبادئ العدل الأساسية المتعلقة بضحايا الإجرام والتعسّف في استعمال السلطة،()

Recalling its resolution 1989/57 of 24 May 1989 on the implementation of the Declaration of Basic Principles of Justice for Victims of Crime and Abuse of Power,
وإذ يستذكر قراره 1989/57 المؤرّخ 24 أيار/مايو 1989، بشأن تنفيذ إعلان مبادئ العدل الأساسية المتعلقة بضحايا الإجرام والتعسّف في استعمال السلطة،

Recalling its resolution 1989/57 of 24 May 1989 on the implementation of the Declaration of Basic Principles of Justice for Victims of Crime and Abuse of Power,
وإذ يشير إلى قراره 1989/57 المؤرّخ 24 أيار/مايو 1989 بشأن تنفيذ إعلان مبادئ العدل الأساسية المتعلقة بضحايا الإجرام والتعسّف في استعمال السلطة،

The need to protect the child as a victim is nevertheless recognized by the Declaration of Basic Principles of Justice for Victims of Crime and Abuse of Power, which indicates that sensitivity training regarding the needs of victims should be given to police and legal, health and social service officials.
مع ذلك فإن الحاجة الى حماية الطفل كضحية يعترف بها إعلان مبادئ العدل اﻷساسية المتعلقة بضحايا اﻹجرام والتعسّف في استعمال السلطة، الذي يشير الى أن مسؤولية التدريب في مجال الاستجابة فيما يتعلق باحتياجات الضحايا يجب أن يُعهد بها الى موظفي الشرطة والمسؤولين عن الخدمات القانونية والصحية والاجتماعية.

In its resolution 40/34, entitled " Declaration of Basic Principles of Justice for Victims of Crime and Abuse of Power " , the General Assembly recommended that, at the international and regional levels, appropriate measures should be taken.
1- أوصت الجمعية العامة، في قرارها 40/34 المعنون " إعلان مبادئ العدل الأساسية المتعلقة بضحايا الإجرام والتعسّف في استعمال السلطة " ، بأن تُتخَذ تدابير مناسبة على الصعيدين الدولي والإقليمي.

The replies received indicate that Member States have implemented, at least in part, the measures contained in the Declaration of Basic Principles of Justice for Victims of Crime and Abuse of Power.
69- تدل الردود المتلقاة على أن الدول الأعضاء قد نفذت، جزئياً على الأقل، التدابير الواردة في إعلان مبادئ العدل الأساسية المتعلقة بضحايا الإجرام والتعسّف في استعمال السلطة.

وإذ يستذكر كذلك قرار الجمعية العامة 40/34، المؤرخ 29 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 1985، الذي اعتمدت الجمعية العامة بمقتضاه إعلان مبادئ العدل الأساسية المتعلقة بضحايا الإجرام والتعسّف في استعمال السلطة، المرفق بذلك القرار،

57. The ILO Committee of Experts underlined the importance of effective legislative protection to ensure that migrant workers are not subject to discrimination and Abuse.
57- شددت لجنة الخبراء بمنظمة العمل الدولية على ما لفعالية الحماية التشريعية من أهمية لضمان عدم تعرّض العمال المهاجرين للتمييز والتعسّف.

Providing for appropriate flexibility for migrant workers to change their workplace would assist in reducing vulnerability to discrimination and Abuse.
وأضافت أن توفير المرونة الملائمة ليتاح للعمال المهاجرين تغيير أماكن عملهم سيساعد على الحد من تعرضهم للتمييز والتعسّف(109).

1. Reiterates its continued support to the use and application of the Declaration of Basic Principles of Justice for Victims of Crime and Abuse of Power;
1- يؤكّد مجدّدا دعمه المتواصل لاستخدام وتطبيق إعلان مبادئ العدل الأساسية المتعلقة بضحايا الإجرام والتعسّف في استعمال السلطة؛()

Noting General Assembly resolution 40/34 of 29 November 1985, in which the Assembly adopted the Declaration of Basic Principles of Justice for Victims of Crime and Abuse of Power,
وإذ يحيط علما بقرار الجمعية العامة 40/34 المؤرّخ 29 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 1985 الذي اعتمدت الجمعية العامة بمقتضاه إعلان مبادئ العدل الأساسية المتعلقة بضحايا الإجرام والتعسّف في استعمال السلطة()،

1. Reiterates its continued support to the use and application of the Declaration of Basic Principles of Justice for Victims of Crime and Abuse of Power;
1 - يؤكّد مجدّدا دعمه المتواصل لاستخدام وتطبيق إعلان مبادئ العدل الأساسية المتعلقة بضحايا الإجرام والتعسّف في استعمال السلطة()؛

(a) Cognizant that millions of children throughout the world suffer harm as a result of crime and Abuse of power and that the rights of those children have not been adequately recognized and that they may suffer additional hardship when assisting in the justice process;
(أ) إدراكا بأن ملايين الأطفال في جميع أنحاء العالم يعانون من الضرر من جراء الجريمة والتعسّف في استعمال السلطة وأن حقوق هؤلاء الأطفال لم تحظ بالاعتراف الوافي وأنهم يمكن أن يعانوا من مشقة إضافية عندما يقدّمون المساعدة في مسار إجراءات العدالة؛

(g) The relevant rights for child victims and witnesses pursuant to the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the Declaration of Basic Principles of Justice for Victims of Crime and Abuse of Power.
(ز) حقوق الأطفال الضحايا والشهود ذات الصلة بموجب اتفاقية حقوق الطفل وبموجب إعلان مبادئ العدل الأساسية لضحايا الجريمة والتعسّف في استعمال السلطة.
