Requests the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development to continue to provide technical assistance to economies in transition, bearing in mind the needs of developing countries, in particular with regard to their full integration into the multilateral trading system, so as to contribute to the expansion of their external trade, inter alia, with developing countries.
٢٩ - تطلب إلى مؤتمر اﻷمم المتحدة للتجارة والتنمية أن يواصل تقديم المساعدة التقنية إلى الاقتصادات المارة بمرحلة انتقالية، مراعيا في ذلك احتياجات البلدان النامية، لا سيما فيما يتعلق بإدماجها بصورة كاملة في النظام التجاري المتعدد اﻷطراف، بما يسهم في توسيع نطاق تجارتها الخارجية ليشمل ضمن ما يشمل البلدان النامية.

29. Requests the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development to continue to provide technical assistance to economies in transition, bearing in mind the needs of developing countries, in particular with regard to their full integration into the multilateral trading system, so as to contribute to the expansion of their external trade, inter alia, with developing countries.
٩٢ - تطلب إلى مؤتمر اﻷمم المتحدة للتجارة والتنمية أن يواصل تقديم المساعدة التقنية إلى الاقتصادات المارة بمرحلة انتقالية، مراعيا في ذلك احتياجات البلدان النامية، لا سيما فيما يتعلق بإدماجها بصورة كاملة في النظام التجاري المتعدد اﻷطراف، بما يسهم في توسيع نطاق تجارتها الخارجية ليشمل ضمن ما يشمل البلدان النامية.

Requests the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development to continue to identify and analyse the implications for development of issues relevant to investment, as well to identify ways and means to promote foreign direct and investment to all developing countries, in particular to those most in need, taking into account the interests of developing countries and bearing in mind the work undertaken by other organizations;
" ٤٢ - تطلـب إلى مؤتمر اﻷمم المتحدة للتجارة والتنمية أن يواصل تحديد وتحليل اﻵثار التي تتركها على التنمية المسائل المتصلة بالاستثمارات، فضلا عن تحديد السبل والوسائل الكفيلة بتشجيع الاستثمار اﻷجنبي المباشر في جميع البلدان النامية، وبخاصة أشدها احتياجا، أخذا في الحسبان مصالح البلدان النامية، ومع مراعاة الجهود التي تنهض بها المنظمات اﻷخرى؛

Calls upon the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development to continue to work, in cooperation with all interested stakeholders, including donor countries and organizations, for the effective operation of the International Task Force on Commodities launched at the eleventh session of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, and invites interested parties to provide voluntary financial support for its effective operation;
19 - تهيب بمؤتمر الأمم المتحدة للتجارة والتنمية أن يواصل عمله، بالتعاون مع جميع أصحاب المصلحة المهتمين، بما فيهم البلدان والمنظمات المانحة، من أجل التشغيل الفعال لفرقة العمل الدولية المعنية بالسلع الأساسية التي دشنت في الدورة الحادية عشرة لمؤتمر الأمم المتحدة للتجارة والتنمية، وتدعو الأطراف المهتمة إلى تقديم الدعم المالي الطوعي من أجل تشغيلها بفعالية؛
