6- وأوصت منظمة رصد حقوق الإنسان بإعادة أمانة المجلس القومي للمرأة والأسرة والتنمية الجنسانية أو إنشاء هيئة أو وكالة تنسيق حكومية أخرى للتعامل مع المسائل الجنسانية، بما في ذلك العنف المنزلي، ومنحها سلطة وولاية وموارد كافية لضمان إنفاذ القوانين ذات الصلة(12).

A regional campaign, sponsored by the United Nations Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM) under the banner " A Life Free of Violence: It's Our Right " had been conducted in 2001 and 2002, and the National Council on Women, Family and Gender Development had organized a television talk-show to coincide with the worldwide " Sixteen Days of Activism Against Gender Violence " campaign.
