Emphasizes the importance of follow-up and monitoring of the implementation of the policies and measures contained in the Cartagena Commitment, adopted by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development at its eighth session, held at Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, from 8 to 25 February 1992;
" ٣ - تؤكد أهمية متابعة ورصد تنفيذ السياسات والتدابير المنصوص عليها في التزام كرتاخينا، التي اعتمدها مؤتمر اﻷمم المتحدة للتجارة والتنمية في دورته الثامنة التي عقدت في كرتاخينا دي إندياس، كولومبيا، في الفترة من ٨ الى ٢٥ شباط/فبراير ١٩٩٢؛
