States parties recalled the need for the full implementation of concrete actions leading to nuclear disarmament as contained in the conclusions and recommendations for follow-on actions adopted at the 2010 Review Conference.

States parties recalled the importance of the Resolution on the Middle East adopted by the 1995 Review and Extension Conference and recalled the affirmation of its goals and objectives by the 2000 Review Conference and in the conclusions and recommendations for follow-on actions adopted at the 2010 Review Conference.
68 - وأشارت الدول الأطراف إلى أهمية القرار المتعلق بالشرق الأوسط الذي اعتمده مؤتمر استعراض المعاهدة وتمديدها عام 1995، وأشارت إلى التأكيد على أهداف القرار وغاياته من قبل مؤتمر الاستعراض لعام 2000 وفي الاستنتاجات والتوصيات المتعلقة بإجراءات المتابعة التي اعتمدت في مؤتمر الاستعراض لعام 2010.

States parties emphasised the importance of holding the Conference in 2012 with the participation of all States of the region, in implementation of the conclusions and recommendations for follow-on actions adopted at the 2010 Review Conference.
70 - وأكدت الدول الأطراف على أهمية عقد المؤتمر في عام 2012 بمشاركة جميع دول المنطقة، وذلك تنفيذاً للاستنتاجات والتوصيات المتعلقة بإجراءات المتابعة التي اعتمدت في مؤتمر الاستعراض لعام 2010.

A number of States parties emphasised the importance of encouraging States to remain in the Treaty by variously reaffirming the role of the Treaty and achieving its universality, implementing all the conclusions and recommendations for follow-on actions adopted at the 2010 Review Conference, and addressing the root causes that might lead a State party to withdraw.
وشدّد عدد من الدول الأطراف على أهمية تشجيع الدول على البقاء في المعاهدة بسبل متنوعة من بينها إعادة تأكيد دور المعاهدة وتحقيق عالميتها، وتنفيذ جميع الاستنتاجات والتوصيات المتعلقة بإجراءات المتابعة التي اعتمدت في مؤتمر الاستعراض لعام 2010، ومعالجة الأسباب الجذرية التي قد تدفع بدولة طرف إلى الانسحاب.

The failure to convene the conference in 2012 contradicts and violates the collective agreement of the States parties contained in " Conclusions and recommendations for follow-on actions " adopted by the 2010 Review Conference of the Treaty and contravenes the letter and spirit of the 1995 Resolution on the Middle East.
ويتناقض الفشل في عقد مؤتمر عام 2012 مع الاتفاق الجماعي للدول الأطراف الوارد في " الاستنتاجات والتوصيات المتعلقة بإجراءات المتابعة " التي اعتمدها المؤتمر الاستعراضي للمعاهدة لعام 2010 ومع نص وروح قرار عام 1995 بشأن الشرق الأوسط، ويمثِّل انتهاكا لها.

Welcoming also the adoption by consensus of the conclusions and recommendations for follow-on actions of the 2010 Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons,
وإذ ترحب أيضا بالاستنتاجات والتوصيات المتعلقة بإجراءات المتابعة التي اعتمدت بتوافق الآراء في مؤتمر الأطراف في معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية لاستعراض المعاهدة في عام 2010(

5. While acknowledging some progress in the implementation of the commitments contained in the conclusions and recommendations for follow-on actions adopted by the 2010 Review Conference, States parties recognised that greater implementation efforts were required.
5 - ومع التسليم بإحراز بعض التقدم في الوفاء بالالتزامات الواردة في الاستنتاجات والتوصيات المتعلقة بإجراءات المتابعة التي اعتمدها مؤتمر الاستعراض لعام 2010، أقرّت الدول الأطراف بضرورة بذل المزيد من الجهود في مجال التنفيذ.

(a) On 27 and 28 June 2012 in Washington, D.C., the nuclear-weapon States held a further meeting aimed at implementing the conclusions and recommendations for follow-on actions adopted at the 2010 Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons.
(أ) في 27 و 28 حزيران/يونيه 2012، عقدت الدول الحائزة للأسلحة النووية في واشنطن العاصمة اجتماعا آخر من أجل تنفيذ الاستنتاجات والتوصيات المتعلقة بإجراءات المتابعة التي اعتمدت في مؤتمر الأطراف في معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية لاستعراض المعاهدة عام 2010.

In order to achieve the goal of establishing a nuclear-weapon-free zone in this important region and realizing the goals and objectives of the 1995 resolution on the Middle East that were supported in the Final Document of the 2000 Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty and in the conclusions and recommendations for follow-on actions adopted at the 2010 Review Conference, the Islamic Republic of Iran reports the following.
ولأغراض تحقيق هدف خلو هذه المنطقة الهامة من الأسلحة النووية وبلوغ أهداف وغايات قرار عام 1995 المتعلق بالشرق الأوسط، التي أيدتها الوثيقة الختامية الصادرة عن مؤتمر الدول الأطراف لاستعراض المعاهدة في عام 2000، والاستنتاجات والتوصيات المتعلقة بإجراءات المتابعة التي اعتمدها مؤتمر الاستعراض لعام 2010، تفيد جمهورية إيران الإسلامية بالأشياء المذكورة أدناه.
