It also requested the Committee for Programme and Coordination to review the programmatic aspects of new and/or revised mandates as well as any differences that arose between the biennial programme plan and the programmatic aspects of the proposed programme budget (ibid., para. 13).

In accordance with that resolution, the programme narratives of the proposed programme budget have been strictly formulated based on the approved strategic framework, and any differences that arise between the strategic framework and the programmatic aspects of the proposed programme budget will be reported to the Committee for Programme and Coordination for its review in performing its programmatic role in the planning and budgeting process.

In accordance with that resolution, the programme narratives of the proposed programme budget have been strictly formulated based on the biennial programme plan, and any differences that arise between the plan and the programmatic aspects of the proposed programme budget will be reported to the Committee for Programme and Coordination for its review in performing its programmatic role in the planning and budgeting process.

The Committee for Programme and Coordination, in performing its programmatic role in the planning and budgeting process, shall review the programmatic aspects of the new and/or revised mandates approved by the General Assembly subsequent to the adoption of the biennial programme plan, as well as any differences that arise between the biennial programme plan and the programmatic aspects of the proposed programme budget.
تقوم لجنة البرنامج والتنسيق، لدى أدائها لدورها البرنامجي في عملية التخطيط والميزنة، باستعراض الجوانب البرنامجية للولايات الجديدة و/أو المنقحة التي وافقت عليها الجمعية العامة في أعقاب اعتماد الخطة البرنامجية لفترة السنتين، كما تقوم باستعراض أية فروق تظهر بين الخطة البرنامجية لفترة السنتين والجوانب البرنامجية للميزانية البرنامجية المقترحة.

In accordance with paragraph 13 of resolution 58/269, the Committee for Programme and Coordination will review, during the budget year, the programmatic aspects of new and/or revised mandates approved by the Assembly subsequent to the adoption of the biennial programme plan, as well as any differences that may arise between the biennial programme plan and the programmatic aspects of the proposed programme budget.

General Assembly resolution 58/269 had stated not that the Committee's programme of work would have to undergo a change, but that CPC should review the programmatic aspects only of new and/or revised mandates, as well as any differences that arose between the biennial programme plan and the programmatic aspects of the proposed programme budget.
وأشار إلى أن قرار الجمعية العامة 58/269 لم يذكر أن برنامج عمل اللجنة ينبغي أن يخضع لتغيير، وإنما ذكر أن لجنة البرنامج والتنسيق ينبغي أن تستعرض الجوانب البرنامجية فقط للولايات الجديدة و/أو الولايات المنقحة، وأي تغيرات تنشأ بين الخطة البرنامجية لفترة السنتين والجوانب البرنامجية للميزانية البرنامجية المقترحة.

As indicated in paragraph 39 of the introduction to the proposed programme budget there are new or revised mandates that would result in differences between the biennial programme plan as adopted by the Assembly and the programmatic aspects of the proposed programme budget for 2010-2011 that affect section 28C, Office of Human Resources Management, and section 29, Office of Information and Communications Technology.
