38. The Chairperson noted that mandate holders continuously sought to strengthen cooperation and dialogue with States, and that maintaining a constructive dialogue enhanced the common goal of improving human rights protection at the national level.

Burkina Faso provided information on its efforts to reinforce cooperation and dialogue with States and other actors for the promotion of human rights within the framework of the United Nations mechanisms in the following three areas:
وقدمت بوركينافاسو معلومات عن جهودها الرامية إلى تعزيز التعاون والحوار مع الدول وغيرها من الجهات الفاعلة من أجل تعزيز حقوق الإنسان ضمن إطار آليات الأمم المتحدة، وذلك في المجالات التالية:

The Council reviewed progress in negotiations and dialogue with States and economic groupings. It heard a report on the subject from the general coordinator of negotiations, and provided guidelines for the holding of negotiations on a declaration of principles concerning cooperation between its member States and the member States of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA).
كما استعرض المجلس الوزاري مسيرة المفاوضات والحوار مع الدول والمجموعات الاقتصادية، واستمع إلى تقرير عنها قدمه المنسق العام للمفاوضات وأصدر توجيهه بإجراء التفاوض حول إعلان مبادئ للتعاون المشترك بين دول المجلس ودول اﻹفتا.

In relation to follow-up and dialogue with States parties, it was decided that, in future sessions, after the opening statement of the delegation, the country rapporteur would make a five-minute presentation, specifically on the status of follow-up to the Committee's previous concluding observations.
وفيما يتعلق بالمتابعة والحوار مع الدول الأطراف تقرر أن يُقدَّم عقب البيان الافتتاحي لكل وفد خلال الدورات القادمة عرضٌ من قِبل المقرر القُطْري مدته خمس دقائق يستعرض فيه تحديداً حالة متابعة الملاحظات الختامية السابقة للجنة.

(b) The work of the Working Group and underlines the positive initiatives it has taken to strengthen cooperation and dialogue with States and the establishment of cooperation with all those concerned by the cases submitted to it for consideration, in accordance with its mandate;
(ب) العمل الذي قام به الفريق العامل وتؤكد المبادرات الإيجابية التي اتخذها لتقوية التعاون والحوار مع الدول وإقامة تعاون مع جميع المعنيين بالقضايا المعروضة عليه من أجل النظر فيها، وفقاً لولايته؛

The Republic of Korea is committed to strengthening its efforts to further improve the effectiveness of the universal periodic review, through constructive engagement and dialogue with States under review, and cooperating fully with all the Council's special procedures, to which the Republic of Korea addressed a standing invitation, by rendering the full support necessary for the visit.
29 - تلتزم جمهورية كوريا بتدعيم جهودها الرامية إلى زيادة تحسين فعالية الاستعراض الدوري الشامل، وذلك بالمشاركة البناءة والحوار مع الدول المشمولة بالاستعراض، والتعاون الكامل مع جميع الإجراءات الخاصة للمجلس التي وجهت لها جمهورية كوريا دعوة دائمة، وتقديم كامل الدعم اللازم للزيارة.

61. China was in favour of the necessary reforms to the treaty bodies to meet changing circumstances and hoped that the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights and other treaty bodies would continue to improve communication and dialogue with States parties, respecting the latter's views.
