3. The First Biennial Meeting of States to Consider the Implementation of the Programme of Action to Prevent, Combat and Eradicate the Illicit Trade in Small Arms and Light Weapons in All Its Aspects held its session at the United Nations Headquarters in New York from 7 to 11 July 2003.

Also at its 10th meeting, on 11 July, the Meeting considered and adopted the Report of the First Biennial Meeting of States to Consider the Implementation of the Programme of Action to Prevent, Combat and Eradicate the Illicit Trade in Small Arms and Light Weapons in All Its Aspects (A/CONF.192/BMS/2003/1), as orally amended.
