47. Coastal States and States fishing on the high seas have a duty to cooperate and achieve compatible, coherent and coordinated measures for the conservation and management of straddling fish stocks and highly migratory fish stocks.
٤٧ - على الدول الساحلية والدول التي تمارس الصيد في أعالي البحار واجب التعاون وتحقيق تدابير متوافقة ومتسقة ومنسقة لحفظ اﻷرصدة السمكية المتداخلة المناطق واﻷرصدة السمكية الكثيرة الارتحال وإدارتها.

)ب( مراعاة ما اتفق عليه سابقا من التدابير التي تضعها وتطبﱢقها، بشأن أعالي البحار، وفقا للاتفاقية فيما يتعلق باﻷرصدة نفسها، الدول الساحلية المعنية والدول التي تمارس الصيد في أعالي البحار؛

3. Coastal States and States fishing on the high seas shall give effect to the duty to cooperate, in accordance with the Convention, by establishing conservation and management measures for straddling fish stocks and highly migratory fish stocks and shall commit themselves to responsible fishing.
٣ - تقوم الدول الساحلية والدول التي تمارس الصيد في أعالي البحار بأداء ما عليها من واجب التعاون، وفقا للاتفاقية، عن طريق وضع تدابير لحفظ وإدارة اﻷرصدة السمكية المتداخلة المناطق واﻷرصدة السمكية الكثيرة الارتحال، وتلتزم بصيد السمك المتسم بالمسؤولية.

(b) take into account the relative dependence of the coastal State(s) and States fishing on the high seas on the stock(s) concerned;
)ب( مراعاة الاعتماد النسبي للدولة )الدول( الساحلية والدول التي تمارس الصيد في أعالي البحار على الرصيد المعني )اﻷرصدة المعنية(؛

37. Urges coastal States and States fishing on the high seas, in accordance with the Convention and the Agreement, to pursue cooperation in relation to straddling fish stocks and highly migratory fish stocks, either directly or through appropriate subregional or regional fisheries management organizations or arrangements, to ensure the effective conservation and management of such stocks;
37 - تحث الدول الساحلية والدول التي تمارس الصيد في أعالي البحار على مواصلة تعاونها، وفقا للاتفاقية وللاتفاق، فيما يتصل بالأرصدة السمكية المتداخلة المناطق والأرصدة السمكية الكثيرة الارتحال، إما مباشرة أو عن طريق المنظمات والترتيبات دون الإقليمية أو الإقليمية المناسبة المعنية بإدارة مصائد الأسماك، لكفالة حفظ وإدارة تلك الأرصدة بشكل فعال؛

The best service that coastal States and distant water fishing States can render to the international community is to become parties to the Agreement and proceed to implement its terms as soon as possible.
وأفضل خدمة يمكن أن تقدمها إلى المجتمع الدولـي الدول الساحلية والدول التي تمارس الصيد في أعالــي البحار هي أن تصبح أطرافا في هذا الاتفــاق وأن تشــرع في تنفيذ أحكامه بأسرع ما يمكن.
