Moreover, in terms of contemporary international law, every State is under an obligation to refrain from any action aimed at the partial or total disruption of the national unity and territorial integrity of any other State or country.
وعلاوة على ذلك، وبموجب أحكام القانون الدولي المعاصر، تلتزم كل دولة بالامتناع عن اتخاذ أي إجراء يهدف إلى التمزيق الجزئي أو الكلي للوحدة القومية والسلامة الإقليمية لأي دولة أخرى أو بلد آخر.
