4. Agrees to the arrangements between the Conference of the Parties and the Green Climate Fund contained in the annex, thereby bringing the arrangements into force;

In addition, the SCF discussed the issues of the arrangements between the COP and the GCF and the updated guidelines for the fifth review of the financial mechanism.

During the meeting, members agreed on the summary and recommendations on the 2014 biennial assessment and overview of climate finance flows, as well as the Committee's approach to the provision of draft guidance to the GEF and the GCF to be provided to COP 20.
واتفق الأعضاء، خلال الاجتماع، على الموجز والتوصيات المتعلقة بالتقييم والعرض العام ثنائيي السنوات لتدفقات التمويل المتعلق بالمناخ لعام 2014، فضلاً عن النهج الذي ستتبعه اللجنة في عرض مشاريع الإرشادات المزمع تقديمها إلى مرفق البيئة العالمية والصندوق الأخضر للمناخ على مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته العشرين.

9. The SCF further recommends that the COP agree to the draft arrangements between the COP and the GCF contained in annex III, following the previous agreement by the Board of the GCF on the draft arrangements at its 5th meeting.
9- وتوصي اللجنة الدائمة أيضاً مؤتمر الأطراف بأن يوافق على مشروع الترتيبات بين مؤتمر الأطراف والصندوق الأخضر للمناخ الوارد في المرفق الثالث، بعد أن وافق عليه مجلس الصندوق بالفعل في اجتماعه الخامس.
