Reports were received concerning death sentences imposed after proceedings in which the defendants did not fully benefit from the rights and guarantees for a fair trial contained in the pertinent international instruments, in the following countries: Bahrain, China, Egypt, Guyana, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia and the United States of America.
٣٨- ووردت تقارير عن توقيع عقوبات إعدام بعد إجراءات لم يستفد فيها المدعى عليهم استفادة تامة من الحقوق والضمانات التي تكفل محاكمة عادلة والواردة في الصكوك الدولية ذات الصلة، وذلك في البلدان التالية: البحرين والصين وغيانا وماليزيا ومصر والمملكة العربية السعودية والولايات المتحدة اﻷمريكية.
