Congratulates the United Nations agencies and non-governmental organizations on the measures and programmes adopted with a view to lending support and assistance to women and girls in the territories controlled by Afghan armed groups and strongly encourages them to continue their efforts despite the difficulties encountered;
6- تهنئ مؤسسات الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات غير الحكومية على ما اتخذته من تدابير ووضعته من برامج من أجل تقديم الدعم والمساعدة للنساء والفتيات في الأراضي التي تسيطر عليها الجماعات الأفغانية المسلحة، وتشجع تلك المؤسسات والمنظمات تشجيعاً قوياً على مواصلة جهودها على الرغم من الصعوبات التي تعترضها؛

1. The present report is submitted in accordance with resolution 2000/11, in which the SubCommission requested the Secretary-General to continue to make available all the information that could be compiled on the situation of women and girls in the territories controlled by Afghan armed groups.
1- هذا التقرير مقدم وفقا للقرار 2000/11 الذي طلبت فيه اللجنة الفرعية إلى الأمين العام أن يواصل تقديم جميع ما يمكن جمعه من معلومات بشأن حالة النساء والفتيات في الأراضي التي تسيطر عليها الجماعات المسلحة الأفغانية.

1- هذا التقرير مقدم وفقا للقرار 2001/15 الذي طلبت فيه اللجنة الفرعية إلى الأمين العام أن يواصل تقديم كل ما يمكن جمعه من معلومات بشأن حالة النساء والفتيات في الأراضي التي تسيطر عليها الجماعات المسلحة الأفغانية.

6. Congratulates the United Nations agencies and nongovernmental organizations on the measures and programmes adopted with a view to lending support and assistance to women and girls in the territories controlled by Afghan armed groups and strongly encourages them to continue their efforts despite the difficulties encountered;
6- تهنئ مؤسسات الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات غير الحكومية على ما اتخذته من تدابير ووضعته من برامج من أجل تقديم الدعم والمساعدة للنساء والفتيات في الأراضي التي تسيطر عليها الجماعات الأفغانية المسلحة، وتشجع تلك المؤسسات والمنظمات تشجيعاً قوياً على مواصلة جهودها على الرغم من الصعوبات التي تعترضها؛

7. Supports United Nations activities aimed at promoting the fundamental rights of women and girls in the territories controlled by Afghan armed groups, and also efforts to find possibilities of constructive engagement at the community level in the context of community projects;
7- تؤيد أنشطة الأمم المتحدة الرامية إلى تعزيز الحقوق الأساسية للنساء والفتيات في الأراضي التي تسيطر عليها الجماعات الأفغانية المسلحة، وتؤيد البحث عن سبل الالتزام البنّاء على الصعيد المجتمعي في إطار مشاريع مجتمعية؛

7. Encourages continued United Nations activities aimed at promoting the fundamental rights of women and girls in the territories controlled by Afghan armed groups, and supports their efforts to create a humanitarian framework within which humanitarian operations can be conducted in a calm environment in the utmost safety and to induce the Taliban to comply with the provisions governing the conduct of such operations;
7- تشجع مواصلة أنشطة الأمم المتحدة الرامية إلى تعزيز الحقوق الأساسية للنساء والفتيات في الأراضي التي تسيطر عليها الجماعات الأفغانية المسلحة، وتؤيد جهودها الرامية إلى تهيئة إطار إنساني يمكن فيه تنفيذ العمليات الإنسانية في جو من الهدوء والحد الأقصى من الأمان، وإلى ضمان التزام نظام طالبان بالأحكام التي تسري على القيام بهذه العمليات؛
