2 - تكرر طلبها إلى حكومة إسرائيل أن تجري تحقيقات مستقلة وذات مصداقية بما يتفق مع المعايير الدولية في الانتهاكات الجسيمة للقانون الإنساني الدولي والقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان التي أوردتها بعثة الأمم المتحدة لتقصي الحقائق بشأن النزاع في غزة في تقريرها، بهدف ضمان المساءلة والعدالة؛

3. Reiterates its urging for the conduct by the Palestinian side of investigations that are independent, credible and in conformity with international standards into the serious violations of international humanitarian and international human rights law reported by the Fact-Finding Mission, towards ensuring accountability and justice;

Such a mission would include a strong human rights presence to monitor, report and respond to international humanitarian and human rights law violations by all parties and contribute to supporting the national authorities in protecting human rights.
وستشمل هذه البعثة وجود نشاط قوي لحقوق الإنسان لرصد انتهاكات القانون الإنساني الدولي والقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان التي ترتكبها جميع الأطراف والإبلاغ عنها والتصدي لها، وستسهم في دعم السلطات الوطنية في مجال حماية حقوق الإنسان.

Therefore, the establishment of truth in respect to the serious violations of international humanitarian and human rights law committed during the conflict, the provision of adequate and effective reparations to victims and the need for institutional actions to prevent the repetition of such violations are all necessary adjuncts to true conflict resolution.
لذا، فإن إجلاء الحقيقة فيما يتعلق بالانتهاكات الجسيمة للقانون الدولي الإنساني والقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان التي ارتكبت خلال النزاع، وتقديم تعويضات كافية وفعالة للضحايا وضرورة اتخاذ إجراءات على مستوى المؤسسات لمنع تكرار هذه الانتهاكات، تشكل كلها مستلزمات لتسوية النزاع بشكل حقيقي.

Therefore, the establishment of truth in respect to gross violations of international humanitarian and human rights law committed during the conflict, the provision of adequate and effective reparations to victims and the need for institutional actions to prevent the repetition of such violations are all necessary adjuncts to true conflict resolution.
لذا، فإن إجلاء الحقيقة فيما يتعلق بالانتهاكات الجسيمة للقانون الدولي الإنساني والقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان التي ارتكبت خلال النزاع، وتقديم تعويضات كافية وفعالة للضحايا وضرورة اتخاذ إجراءات على مستوى المؤسسات لمنع تكرار هذه الانتهاكات، تشكل كلها مستلزمات لتسوية النزاع بشكل حقيقي.

9. Expresses support for the creation, on 22 January 2014, of an international commission of inquiry into the violations of international humanitarian and human rights law perpetrated in the Central African Republic, by no matter which party, since 1 January 2013;
٩ - تعرب عن دعمها للقيام، في 22 كانون الثاني/يناير 2014، بإنشاء لجنة دولية للتحقيق في انتهاكات القانون الدولي الإنساني والقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان التي وقعت في جمهورية أفريقيا الوسطى، أيا كان الطرف الذي ارتكبها، منذ 1 كانون الثاني/ يناير 2013؛

The draft resolution urges, in line with the recommendation of the United Nations Fact-Finding Mission, the undertaking by the Palestinian side of investigations that are independent, credible and in conformity with international standards, also within a period of three months, into the serious violations of international humanitarian and international human rights law reported by the Fact-Finding Mission.
ويحث مشروع القرار، تماشيا مع توصية بعثة تقصي الحقائق، على أن يجري الجانب الفلسطيني تحقيقات مستقلة وذات مصداقية ومتوافقة مع المعايير الدولية، في غضون ثلاثة أشهر أيضا، في الانتهاكات الجسيمة للقانون الإنساني الدولي والقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان التي أوردتها بعثة تقصي الحقائق في تقريرها.

7. The General Assembly thus urged " the Palestinian side " to undertake investigations into the serious violations of international humanitarian and international human rights law reported by the Fact-Finding Mission.
7 - ومن ثم حثت الجمعية العامة " الجانب الفلسطيني " على إجراء تحقيقات في الانتهاكات الجسيمة للقانون الإنساني الدولي والقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان التي أفادت بوقوعها بعثة تقصي الحقائق.

وكذلك فإن الفقرة 3 من منطوق مشروع القرار تكرر حث الجانب الفلسطيني على إجراء تحقيقات مستقلة وذات مصداقية وفقا للمعايير الدولية في الانتهاكات الجسيمة للقانون الإنساني الدولي والقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان التي أبلغت بها بعثة تقصي الحقائق، من أجل ضمان المساءلة والعدالة.

(c) To investigate serious violations of international humanitarian law and international human rights law that are alleged to have occurred during such attacks.
