132 - وكشف الستار عن احتجاز السلطات الإريترية فعلا لأفراد عسكريين جيبوتيين في سجونها ومعرفة أن ما لا يقل عن خمسة أسرى حرب كانوا لا يزالون أحياء في أيلول/سبتمبر 2011، رغم بقائهم أحياء في ظل ظروف لا تحتمل، من شأنه جعل تنفيذ إريتريا لقرار مجلس الأمن 1862 (2009) والقرارات اللاحقة له مسألة ملحة.

Security Council resolution 1373 (2001) and subsequent resolutions on terrorism also helped to consolidate the obligation by urging all States to become parties to the relevant instruments and by expressly stating that terrorist offenders must be brought to justice.
