Conscious of the important and constructive contribution to the improvement of the status of women made by the Commission on the Status of Women, the specialized agencies, the regional commissions and other organizations and bodies of the United Nations system and non-governmental organizations concerned,
وإدراكا منها لﻹسهام الهام والبناء في تحسين مركز المرأة من جانب لجنة مركز المرأة والوكالات المتخصصة واللجان الاقليمية والمؤسسات والهيئات اﻷخرى في منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة والمنظمات غير الحكومية المعنية،

Particular emphasis should be placed on the right of every child to express his/her views freely in the family, at school, within other institutions and bodies, and in the community and society at large, with special attention paid to vulnerable groups.
وينبغي التركيز بشكل خاص على حق كل طفل في التعبير عن آرائه بحرية داخل الأسرة وفي المدرسة والمؤسسات والهيئات الأخرى، وفي إطار المجتمع المحلي والمجتمع بوجه عام، مع إيلاء اهتمام خاص للمجموعات المستضعفة.

The Johannesburg Plan of Implementation stresses actions at the regional and subregional levels, through the regional commissions and other regional and subregional institutions and bodies, and assigns a range of functions to the regional commissions.

الثاني - ولايات اﻷجهزة والمؤسسات والهيئات التابعة لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة في مجال العلم والتكنولوجيا الثالث -

The Secretary-General will ensure, in close cooperation with UNCTAD, the full mobilization and coordination of all organs, organizations and bodies of the United Nations system for the purpose of implementation and follow-up of the Programme of Action.
ويتعين أن يقوم اﻷمين العام، بالتعاون الوثيق مع الاونكتاد، بتحقيق التعبئة الكاملة والتنسيق التام لجميع اﻷجهزة والمؤسسات والهيئات التابعة لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة بغرض تنفيذ ومتابعة برنامج العمل.

In the Programme of Action, the organs, organizations and bodies of the United Nations system are invited to consider the establishment of focal points as a mechanism to ensure the effectiveness of inter-agency collaboration and promotion of economies of scale.
