61. In light of the Committee's general comment No. 3 (2003) on HIV/AIDS and the rights of the child and the International Guidelines on HIV/AIDS and Human Rights, the Committee recommends that the State party:

The Committee urges the State party, while taking into account the Committee's general comment No. 3 (2003) on HIV/AIDS and the rights of the child and the International Guidelines on HIV/AIDS and Human Rights, to take measures to continue to reduce HIV/AIDS in its territory, particularly with regard to children and adolescents and, to inter alia:

351. In the light of the Committee's general comment No. 3 (2003) on HIV/AIDS and the rights of the child and the International Guidelines on HIV/AIDS and Human Rights, the Committee recommends that the State party strengthen its efforts to prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS both on the mainland and in the SARs and continue to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS among adolescents, particularly among those belonging to vulnerable groups.
351- وفي ضوء تعليق اللجنة العام رقم 3(2003) بشأن فيروس نقص المناعة البشري/الإيدز وحقوق الطفل، والمبادئ التوجيهية الدولية بشأن فيروس نقص المناعة البشري/الإيدز وحقوق الإنسان، توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بتعزيز جهودها لمنع انتشار الفيروس والمرض، في كل من الصين القارية والمنطقتين الإداريتين الخاصتين، وبمواصلة إشاعة الوعي بالفيروس وبالمرض بين المراهقين، وبخاصة المراهقون المنتمون إلى الفئات الضعيفة.
