3. Requests the Secretariat to continue to assist Parties and the Basel Convention regional and coordinating centres in the development and implementation of priority activities of the Strategic Plan focus areas;
3 - يطلب إلى الأمانة مواصلة مساعدة الأطراف والمراكز الإقليمية والتنسيقية التابعة لاتفاقية بازل في وضع وتنفيذ أنشطة أساسية لمجالات تركيز الخطة الاستراتيجية؛

By establishing priorities in terms of policy and programmes, selecting priority waste streams and executing projects it has assisted in improving the coherence, effectiveness and activities expected to be undertaken by Parties and Basel Convention regional and coordinating centres under the auspices of the Basel Convention.
