The Paris Declaration represented the first attempt by both donors and recipients to commit to taking specific steps to improve aid effectiveness based on five principles - ownership, alignment, harmonization, development results, and Mutual Accountability.
ويمثل إعلان باريس أول محاولة قامت بها الجهات المانحة والمستفيدة على السواء للالتزام باتخاذ تدابير محددة من أجل تحسين فعالية المعونة على أساس خمسة مبادئ هي امتلاك زمام الأمور والتنسيق والمواءمة وتحقيق النتائج والمساءلة المشتركة.
