Notes that non-governmental organizations invited to the Rome Conference, registered to the Preparatory Commission for the International Criminal Court or having consultative status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations whose activities are relevant to the activities of the Court may participate in the work of the Assembly of States Parties in accordance with agreed rules;
13 - تلاحظ أن المنظمات غير الحكومية التي دعيت إلى مؤتمر روما، والمسجلة لدى اللجنة التحضيرية للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية، أو ذات المركز الاستشاري لدى المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي للأمم المتحدة، التي تقوم بأنشطة ذات صلة بأنشطة المحكمة، يجوز لها أن تشترك في أعمال جمعية الدول الأطراف وفقا للقواعد المتفق عليها؛

Further pursuant to resolution 56/85, non-governmental organizations invited to the Rome Conference, registered to the Preparatory Commission for the International Criminal Court or having consultative status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations whose activities were relevant to the activities of the Court were invited to participate in the work of the Assembly of States Parties in accordance with agreed rules.
4 - وعملا بالقرار نفسه، 56/85 وجّهت الدعوة إلى المنظمات غير الحكومية المدعوة إلى مؤتمر روما، والمسجلة لدى اللجنة التحضيرية للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية ذات المركز الاستشاري لدى المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي التابع للأمم المتحدة والتي تتصل أنشطتها بأنشطة المحكمة، وذلك للمشاركة في عمل جمعية الدول الأطراف وفقا للقواعد المتفق عليها.
