21- يذكِّر بطلبه الموجه إلى المجلس التنفيذي والوارد في الفقرة 8 من المقرر 2/م أإ-5، بتحسين وسائل تواصله مع المشاركين في المشاريع وأصحاب المصلحة، بسبل منها وضع طرائق وإجراءات للاتصال المباشر بين المجلس التنفيذي والمشاركين في المشاريع فيما يتعلق بفرادى المشاريع؛

43. During the reporting period, the Board adopted three comprehensive standards to guide the assessment work of DOEs and project participants.
43- وخلال الفترة المشمولة بالتقرير، اعتمد المجلس ثلاثة معايير شاملة للاسترشاد بها في أعمال تقييم الكيانات التشغيلية المعيَّنة والمشاركين في المشاريع.

(a) Skills enhancement and training to assist designated national authorities, applicant and designated operational entities and project participants with regard to technical matters related to the clean development mechanism;
(أ) تحسين المهارات والتدريب لمساعدة السلطات الوطنية المعيّنة والكيانات التشغيلية المقدّمة لطلبات والمعيّنة والمشاركين في المشاريع في الاضطلاع بالشؤون التقنية المتصلة بآلية التنمية النظيفة؛

(c) Forward the remaining CERs to the registry accounts of the Parties and project participants involved, in accordance with their request.
(ج) تحويل وحدات خفض الانبعاثات المعتمد المتبقية إلى حسابات السجل الخاصة بالأطراف والمشاركين في المشاريع المعنيين، وفقاً لطلبهم.

23. Encourages the Joint Implementation Supervisory Committee, designated focal points, independent entities, project participants and stakeholders to make every effort to contribute towards a more transparent, consistent and efficient verification procedure under the Committee;
23- يشجع لجنة الإشراف على التنفيذ المشترك وحلقات الوصل المعيّنة والكيانات المستقلة والمشاركين في المشاريع وأصحاب المصلحة على بذل كل جهد ممكن للمساهمة في إضفاء المزيد من الشفافية والاتساق والكفاءة على إجراء التحقق في إطار اللجنة؛

22. Encourages the Joint Implementation Supervisory Committee, designated focal points, independent entities, project participants and stakeholders to make every effort to contribute towards a more transparent, consistent, predictable and efficient verification procedure under the Committee;

68. Encourages the Executive Board to support the enhancement of the regional distribution of clean development mechanism project activities by intensifying the provision of focused and targeted support to assist designated national authorities, applicant entities, and project participants in underrepresented regions and countries, in cooperation with the designated authorities of such Parties;
68- يشجع المجلس التنفيذي على دعم تحسين التوزيع الإقليمي لأنشطة مشاريع آلية التنمية النظيفة عن طريق تكثيف تقديم الدعم المركَّز والمحدَّد الهدف لمساعدة السلطات الوطنية المعيَّنة والكيانات المقدِّمة للطلبات والمشاركين في المشاريع في المناطق والبلدان الممثلة تمثيلاً ناقصاً، بالتعاون مع السلطات المعيَّنة في هذه الأطراف؛

Requests the Executive Board to enhance its communications with project participants and stakeholders, including through the establishment of modalities and procedures for direct communication between the Executive Board and project participants in relation to individual projects, and to report on actions taken to the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol at its sixth session;
8- يطلب إلى المجلس التنفيذي أن يُحسّن وسائل تواصله مع المشاركين في المشاريع وأصحاب المصلحة، بوسائل منها تحديد طرائق وإجراءات للاتصال المباشر بين المجلس التنفيذي والمشاركين في المشاريع فيما يتعلق بفرادى المشاريع، وأن يقدم تقريراً عن الإجراءات المتخذة إلى مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو في دورته السادسة؛
