Technologies that are environmentally sound, economically viable and socially acceptable should be developed and disseminated by way of cooperation in the transfer, acquisition, adaptation and development of the technologies.
وينبغي تطوير ونشر التكنولوجيات السليمة بيئيا والقابلة للبقاء اقتصاديا والمقبولة اجتماعيا عن طريق التعاون في نقل واقتناء وتكييف وتطوير التكنولوجيات.

(i) The transfer, acquisition, adaptation and development of environmentally sound, economically viable and socially acceptable technologies, knowledge, know-how and practices relevant to combating desertification and/or mitigating the effects of drought in affected developing countries, in conformity with the Convention.
' ١ ' نقل واحتياز وتطويع وتطوير التكنولوجيات السليمة بيئيا والصالحة اقتصاديا والمقبولة اجتماعيا والمناسبة لمكافحة التصحر و/أو تخفيف آثار الجفاف في البلدان النامية المتأثرة، وفقا للاتفاقية؛

(i) The transfer, acquisition, adaptation and development of environmentally sound, economically viable and socially acceptable technologies relevant to combating desertification and/or mitigating the effects of drought in affected developing countries;
' ١ ' نقل واحتياز وتطويع وتطوير التكنولوجيات السليمة بيئيا والصالحة اقتصاديا والمقبولة اجتماعيا والمناسبة لمكافحة التصحر و/أو تخفيف آثار الجفاف في البلدان النامية المتأثرة؛

(i) The transfer, acquisition, adaptation and development of environmentally sound, economically viable and socially acceptable technologies relevant to combating desertification and/or mitigating the effects of drought in affected developing countries, in conformity with the Convention;
' ١ ' نقل واحتياز وتطويع وتطوير التكنولوجيات السليمة بيئيا والصالحة اقتصاديا والمقبولة اجتماعيا والمناسبة لمكافحة التصحر و/أو تخفيف آثار الجفاف في البلدان النامية المتأثرة، وفقا للاتفاقية؛

Underpinning that move would be the promotion of new and renewable energy sources, strong action on enhancing energy efficiency and energy savings, and increased research and development for environmentally sound and socially acceptable low-carbon technologies.
وتقوم تلك الخطوة على تعزيز مصادر الطاقة الجديدة والمتجددة، واتخاذ إجراءات قوية لتحسين كفاءة الطاقة وتحقيق وفورات فيها، وزيادة أعمال البحث والتطوير المتعلقة بالتكنولوجيات المنخفضة الكربون السليمة بيئيا والمقبولة اجتماعيا.

)و( تعيين مصادر التمويل لنقل واحتياز وتطويع وتطوير التكنولوجيات المناسبة بيئيا والصالحة اقتصاديا والمقبولة اجتماعيا لمكافحة التصحر و/أو تخفيف آثار الجفاف. ثم توفير المعلومات وإسداء النصح بشأنها.

(f) Experience and capacity of the institution in supporting research activities and in facilitating the transfer, acquisition, adaptation and development of environmentally sound, economically viable and socially acceptable technologies.
)و( خبرة المؤسسة وقدرتها على دعم أنشطة البحث وتيسير نقل واحتياز وتطويع وتطوير التكنولوجيات السليمة بيئيا والصالحة اقتصاديا والمقبولة اجتماعيا.

(f) Identify and then provide information and advice on financing sources for the transfer, acquisition, adaptation and development of environmentally sound, economically viable and socially acceptable technologies relevant to combating desertification and/or mitigating the effects of drought.
)و( تعيين مصادر التمويل لنقل واحتياز وتطويع وتطوير التكنولوجيات المناسبة بيئيا والصالحة اقتصاديا والمقبولة اجتماعيا لمكافحة التصحر و/أو تخفيف آثار الجفاف، ثم توفير المعلومات وإسداء النصح بشأنها.

The transfer to developing countries of environmentally sound, economically viable and socially acceptable technologies relevant to combating desertification and/or mitigating the effects of drought, with a view to contributing to the achievement of sustainable development in affected areas, should be undertaken without delay on mutually agreed terms.
وينبغي أن يتم دون تأخير، وبشروط متفق عليها بصورة متبادلة، الاضطلاع بنقل التكنولوجيات السليمة بيئيا والصالحة اقتصاديا والمقبولة اجتماعيا الى البلدان النامية فيما يتصل بمكافحة التصحر و/أو الحد من آثار الجفاف، بغية اﻹسهام في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في المناطق المتأثرة.

The transfer to developing countries of environmentally sound, economically viable and socially acceptable technologies relevant to combating desertification and/or mitigating the effects of drought, with a view to contributing to the achievement of sustainable development in affected areas, should be undertaken without delay on mutually agreed terms.
وينبغي أن يتم دون تأخير وبشروط متفق عليها بصورة متبادلة الاضطلاع بنقل التكنولوجيات السليمة بيئيا والصالحة اقتصاديا والمقبولة اجتماعيا الى البلدان النامية فيما يتصل بمكافحة التصحر و/أو الحد من آثار الجفاف، بغية اﻹسهام في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في المناطق المتأثرة.

2. Article 18 addresses the transfer, acquisition, adaptation and development of technology and states that Parties will promote, finance and/or facilitate the financing of the transfer, acquisition, adaptation and development of environmentally sound, economically viable and socially acceptable technologies relevant to combating desertification and/or mitigating the effects of drought.
2- وتتناول المادة 18 نقل التكنولوجيا وحيازتها وتكييفها وتطويرها وتنص على أن تقوم الأطراف بتعزيز وتمويل و/أو تيسير تمويل نقل وحيازة وتكييف وتطوير التكنولوجيات السليمة بيئيا والصالحة اقتصاديا والمقبولة اجتماعيا ذات الصلة بمكافحة التصحر و/أو تخفيف آثار الجفاف.
