Condemns the continued Israeli violations of human rights in southern Lebanon, manifested particularly by the arbitrary detention of civilians, the destruction of their houses, the confiscation of their property, their expulsion from the occupied area, the bombardment of villages and civilian areas, and other practices violating human rights;
١- تدين الانتهاكات الاسرائيلية المستمرة لحقوق اﻹنسان في جنوب لبنان، المتمثلة خاصة بالاعتقال التعسفي للسكان المدنيين، وتدمير مساكنهم، ومصادرة ممتلكاتهم، وطردهم من المنطقة المحتلة، وقصف القرى والمناطق المدنية وغير ذلك من الممارسات التي تنتهك حقوق اﻹنسان؛

To condemn the persistent Israeli violations of human rights in southern Lebanon and the western Bekaa, as exemplified by the kidnapping and arbitrary arrest of civilians and the destruction of their homes, the confiscation of their property and their expulsion from their land, as well as by the shelling of peaceful villages and urban areas;
١ - إدانة الانتهاكات اﻹسرائيلية المستمرة لحقوق اﻹنسان في جنوب لبنان والبقاع الغربي، والمتمثلة في الخطف والاعتقال التعسفي للسكان المدنيين، وتدمير مساكنهم ومصادرة ممتلكاتهم وطردهم من أراضيهم، وقصف القرى والمناطق المدنية اﻵمنة.

Another outcome of government decentralization policies has been the decentralization of public-sector offices and jobs away from " primate " cities to provincial capitals and district service centres, thus strengthening the service linkage between rural and urban areas.
وهناك نتيجة أخرى للسياسات الحكومية المركزية هي إدخال نظام اللامركزية على مكاتب القطاع العام والوظائف بحيث تكون بعيدة عن المدن " الرئيسية " وتأخذ شكل العواصم الإقليمية، أو مراكز خدمة الأقسام، وبذلك تدعم الروابط الخدمية، بين المناطق الريفية والمناطق المدنية.
