The Commission on Human Rights, at its fiftieth session, in resolutions 1994/90 and 1994/91 of 9 March 1994, decided to establish two open-ended working groups to draft two optional protocols to the Convention on the Rights of the Child, one on the prevention and eradication of the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography and the other on the involvement of children in armed conflicts.
٦٣ - وقــررت لجنة حقــوق اﻹنسان في دورتــها الخمسين في قراريها ١٩٩٤/٩٠ و ١٩٩٤/٩١ المؤرخين ٩ آذار/مارس ١٩٩٤ إنشاء فريقين عاملين مفتوحي العضوية لوضع مشروعي بروتوكولين اختياريين لاتفاقية حقوق الطفل أحدهما بشأن منع بيع اﻷطفال ودعارة اﻷطفال والمنشورات اﻹباحية عن اﻷطفال واستئصال هذه الممارسات، واﻵخر سوف يتناول مسألة تورط اﻷطفال في المنازعات المسلحة.

18. Requests the Special Rapporteur, within the framework of his mandate, to continue to pay particular attention to areas which are still insufficiently documented, and takes note of the short-, medium- and long-term priorities, reflected in his recommendations to the Commission, in the areas of the prevention of sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography and the protection and rehabilitation of the victims;
٨١- ترجو من المقرر الخاص، في اطار ولايته، أن يستمر في إيلاء اهتمام خاص للمجالات التي لا تزال المعلومات المتوفرة عنها غير كافية، وتحيط علما باﻷولويات القصيرة اﻷجل والمتوسطة اﻷجل والطويلة اﻷجل، الواردة في توصياته إلى اللجنة، في مجالات منع بيع اﻷطفال ودعارة اﻷطفال والمنشورات اﻹباحية عن اﻷطفال وحماية الضحايا واعادة تأهيلهم؛

16. The Programme of Action for the Prevention of the Sale of Children, Child Prostitution and child pornography (Commission resolution 1992/74, annex), provides, inter alia, for exchanging information and reporting to the International Criminal Police Organization (ICPO/Interpol) to enable a special data bank to be set up on suspects involved in cross-border trafficking, sale or sexual exploitation of children (para. 35).
