١٠٩ - جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية بها أكبر مجموع لحالات اللجوء في أوروبا، إذ قُدر مع التحفظ قبل الحرب بزهاء ٠٠٠ ٥٠٠ شخص من البوسنة والهرسك وجمهورية كرواتيا.

Although there were still problems with respect to the Republika Srpska, both Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Croatia, unlike the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, had increased their cooperation with the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia.
