135. The Forum decides to appoint Yuri Boychenko and Parshuram Tamang, members of the Forum, as Special Rapporteurs, to prepare, without financial implications, a working paper on current practices and methods of work to be submitted at the fifth session of the Permanent Forum.
135- يقـرر المنتدى الدائم تسميـة يـوري بويشـيـنـكـو، وبارشورام تامانغ عضوي المنتدى، للقيام بـإعداد ورقـة عمل لا تترتـب عليها آثار مالية، عن الممارسات وأساليب العمل الراهنـة وبتقديمها إلى الدورة الخامسة للمنتدى.

3. At its fourth session, the Forum decided to appoint Yuri Boychenko and Parshuram Tamang, members of the Forum, as Special Rapporteurs, to prepare, without financial implications, a working paper on current practices and methods of work to be submitted at the fifth session of the Forum (E/2005/43, para. 135).

(a) The paper entitled " Oil palm and other commercial tree plantations, monocropping: impacts on indigenous peoples' land tenure and resource management systems and livelihoods " (E/C.19/2007/CRP.6), prepared by the Special Rapporteurs on the subject, Victoria Tauli-Corpuz and Parshuram Tamang.

The Permanent Forum appoints Victoria Tauli-Corpuz and Parshuram Tamang as Special Rapporteurs charged with preparing a working paper, without financial implications, in cooperation with indigenous peoples organizations, Governments and other relevant institutions, on palm oil development, commercial tree plantations and mono-cropping and on their impacts on indigenous peoples' land tenure and resource management systems and livelihoods.
