5. Requests the Secretary-General, with the assistance of the inter-agency secretariat for the International Strategy for Disaster Reduction, to plan and coordinate, in consultation with Governments and relevant organizations of the United Nations system, including international financial institutions, the 2004 review of the Yokohama Strategy and to report to the General Assembly at its fifty-eighth session in this regard;

26. in consultation with the Governments concerned, ECOWAS and the Mano River Union, the missions will continue to explore the practicalities and benefits of these various potential areas for cooperation and assess how the constraints identified might be addressed.

While supporting in principle the integration of information centres into UNDP field offices, Belarus nevertheless considered that such integration should be decided on a case-by-case basis in consultation with the Governments concerned, taking into account the conditions peculiar to each country.
٣٨ - واسترسل قائلا إنه مع تأييده من حيث المبدأ لادماج مراكز اﻹعلام في المكاتب الخارجية لبرنامج اﻷمم المتحدة الانمائي، فإن بيلاروس تعتقد مع ذلك أن هذا الادماج ينبغي أن يتقرر بالنسبة لكل حالة على حدة، وبالتشاور مع الحكومات المعنية مع وضع الشروط الخاصة بكل بلد في الاعتبار.

(c) Neighbouring countries: the commissioners will undertake missions between April 2014 and March 2015, accompanied by two members of the secretariat and in consultation with the Governments concerned, to neighbouring countries to interview refugees and oversee investigations.
