The case of the least developed countries has always received the attention and support of the international community, particularly through the adoption of the Paris Declaration and the Programme of Action for the Least Developed Countries for the 1990s.
وما فتئت حالة أقل البلدان نموا تحظى باهتمام ودعم المجتمع الدولي، خصوصا من خلال اعتماد إعلان باريس وبرنامج العمل لصالح أقل البلدان نموا في التسعينات.

It would have been desirable if the report had clearly indicated the effective and relevant correlation between the Millennium Development Goals and the Programme of Action for the Least Developed Countries, given that the Programme of Action is a specific reflection of the Millennium Goals for the least developed countries.
وكان يُستحسن أن يبّين التقرير بوضوح العلاقة المتبادلة الفعالة والوثيقة الصلة بين الأهداف الإنمائية للألفية وبرنامج العمل لصالح أقل البلدان نموا، نظرا لأن برنامج العمل هو انعكاس محدد للأهداف الإنمائية لأقل البلدان نموا.

At its closing plenary meeting, on 13 May 2011, the Conference adopted the Istanbul Declaration and the Programme of Action for the Least Developed Countries for the Decade 2011-2020.

١ - اعتمد مؤتمر اﻷمم المتحدة الثاني المعني بأقل البلدان نموا، الذي عقد في باريس في أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٠، إعلان باريس وبرنامج العمل لصالح أقل البلدان نموا في التسعينات)١(.

143. The Third United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries adopted a political declaration, the Brussels Declaration, and the Programme of Action for Least Developed Countries for the Decade 2001-2010.
143 - وقد عقد مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة الثالث المعني بأقل البلدان نموا واعتمد إعلانا سياسيا (إعلان بروكسل) وبرنامج العمل لصالح أقل البلدان نموا للعقد 2001-2010.

2. In addition, the major donor countries should honour their official development assistance commitments under the Istanbul Declaration and the Programme of Action for the Least Developed Countries for the Decade 2011-2020 and step up their allocation of aid to the least developed countries in accordance with the specific needs of those countries.

Recalling the Paris Declaration and the Programme of Action for the Least Developed Countries for the 1990s, adopted by the Second United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries held in Paris from 3 to 14 September 1990, 8/ and the Cartagena Commitment adopted at the eighth session of UNCTAD,
إذ يشير إلى إعلان باريس وبرنامج العمل لصالح أقل البلدان نموا في التسعينات، اللذين اعتمدهما مؤتمر اﻷمم المتحدة الثاني المعني بأقل البلدان نموا، المعقود في باريس من ٣ الى ١٤ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٠()٨( وإلى التزام كرتاخينا المعتمد في الدورة الثامنة لﻷونكتاد.

This initiative should not only complement the proposed new agenda for development which is under preparation by the Secretary-General but should catalyses the implementation of the United Nations New Agenda for the Development of Africa in the 1990s and the Programme of Action for the Least Developed Countries for the 1990s and should act as a further commitment to the full implementation of Agenda 21.
وهــذه المبــادرة لا ينبغي أن تشكل تكملة لخطة التنمية الجديدة المقترحــة التي يقوم اﻷمين العام بإعدادها حاليا فحسب، بل ينبغـــي أيضــا أن تشكل حافزا لتنفيذ برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة الجديد للتنمية في افريقيا في التسعينات وبرنامج العمل لصالح أقل البلدان نموا في التسعينات، وأن تمثل التزاما إضافيا بالتنفيذ الكامل لجدول أعمـــال القـــرن ٢١.

These actions should take into account the mid-term review of the United Nations New Agenda for the Development of Africa in the 1990s 17/ and the Programme of Action for the Least Developed Countries for the 1990s, 18/ and should be implemented as soon as possible;
ويجب أن تأخذ هذه اﻹجراءات بعين الاعتبار الاستعراض النصفي لجدول أعمال اﻷمم المتحدة الجديد لتنمية أفريقيا في التسعينات)١٧( وبرنامج العمل لصالح أقل البلدان نمواً في التسعينات)١٨(، ويجب أن تنفذ في أقرب وقت ممكن.
