On 24 October 2001, the Philippine Senate ratified the UN Convention Against Transnational Organized Crime and its Supplementary Protocols, the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children, and the Protocol Against the Smuggling of Migrants by Land, Air, and Sea.

Mongolia recently acceded to the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime, its Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children, and its Protocol against the Smuggling of Migrants by Land, Air and Sea.
كما أن منغوليا انضمت حديثاً إلى اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية وبروتوكول منع الاتجار بالأشخاص، وبخاصة النساء والأطفال، وقمعه والمعاقبة عليه المكمّل لهذه الاتفاقية وبروتوكول مكافحة تهريب المهاجرين عن طريق البر والبحر والجو المكمّل لنفس الاتفاقية.

112. Upon ratification of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children, Denmark made a territorial exclusion in respect of the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

On 1 July 2010, San Marino ratified the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime, the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children, and the Protocol against the Smuggling of Migrants by Land, Sea and Air, supplementing it.

101. A number of laws have been enacted in Kyrgyzstan to implement the provisions of the Convention for the Suppression of the Traffic in Persons and of the Exploitation of the Prostitution of Others, the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, especially Women and Children, and the Protocol against the Smuggling of Migrants by Land, Sea and Air.
101- سُنَّ في قيرغيزستان عدد من القوانين الهادفة إلى تنفيذ أحكام اتفاقية قمع الاتجار بالأشخاص واستغلال بغاء الغير، وبروتوكول منع الاتجار بالأشخاص، ولا سيما النساء والأطفال، وقمعه والمعاقبة عليه، وبروتوكول مكافحة تهريب المهاجرين بطريق البر والبحر والجو.

144. With regard to trafficking in persons, Tunisia cannot be considered a country of origin, transit or destination as defined under the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime, the Protocol against Smuggling of Migrants by Land, Sea and Air, and the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children.

Tunisia has ratified the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime as well as the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children and the Protocol against Smuggling of Migrants by Land, Sea and Air; and it has banned trafficking in persons.

(d) Consider ratifying the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography, and the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children, supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime.

4. ECPAT International (ECPAT) reported that Greenland and Faroe Islands were not yet bound by the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the Sale of Children, Child Prostitution and Child Pornography and to the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, especially Women and Children.
4- وأفادت المنظمة الدولية لإنهاء بغاء الأطفال في السياحة الآسيوية أن غرينلاند وجزر فارو لا تلتزمان بالبروتوكول الاختياري لاتفاقية حقوق الطفل المتعلق ببيع الأطفال وبغاء الأطفال واستغلال الأطفال في المواد الإباحية وبروتوكول منع الاتجار بالأشخاص، وبخاصة النساء والأطفال، وقمعه والمعاقبة عليه(10).

Several Member States also indicated their adherence to other international and regional human rights instruments, which contained provisions relevant to women migrant workers, including the Protocol against the Smuggling of Migrants by Land, Sea and Air and the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children, both supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime.

As mentioned in Article 1 of this report, the Ministry of Justice in 2002 enacted a law on Addition of Some Articles to Turkish Criminal Code and Amendment of an Article in the Law on Combating Organized Crime as an effort to enhance the implementation of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children.
وكما ذكر في المادة 1 من هذا التقرير سنت وزارة العدل في سنة 2002 قانونا لإضافة عدة مواد إلى القانون الجنائي التركي وإدخال تعديل على مادة في قانون مكافحة الجريمة المنظمة باعتبار ذلك جهدا لتحسين تنفيذ اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة العابرة للحدود الوطنية وبروتوكول منع الاتجار بالأشخاص، وبخاصة النساء والأطفال، وقمعه المعاقبة عليه.
