It appreciated the fact that the Secretary-General, in pursuance of his own proposal and General Assembly resolution 52/162, had convened a group of ad hoc experts to develop a methodology of assessing the consequences incurred by third States as a result of preventive or enforcement measures and to explore innovative and practical measures of international assistance to those States.

That not only seriously encroached upon China's sovereignty and grossly interfered in its internal affairs, but also wilfully trampled upon the purposes and principles of the Charter and General Assembly resolution 2758 (XXVI).
وذلك ليس مجرد تعد خطير على سيادة الصين وتدخل جسيم في شؤونها الداخلية، بل هو أيضا ضرب بمقاصد الميثاق ومبادئه وبقرار الجمعية العامة ٢٧٥٨ )د - ٢٦( عرض الحائط.
