291. Contributions and other obligations are calculated and paid in the amount of 50 per cent of the base, according to article 180, paragraph 6, of the Law on Pension and disability insurance.
291- وتحسب المساهمات وغيرها من الالتزامات وتدفع بنسبة 50 في المائة من الأساس، طبقاً للفقرة 6 من المادة 180، من القانون الخاص بالمعاش وتأمين العجز.

The principle in the system of pension and disability insurance is such that the rights related to this insurance are acquired under more favourable terms and with bigger amounts concerned if the disability was caused by an injury at the workplace or by a professional ailment.
594- إن المبدأ القائم في نظام المعاش التقاعدي وتأمين العجز هو أن الحقوق ذات الصلة بهذا التأمين تكتسب في ظل شروط أفضل وبمبالغ أكبر إذا حدث العجز بسبب إصابة في مكان العمل أو إصابة بمرض مهني.

273. Pension adjustment is an instrument for pension and disability insurance that helps maintain the real value of the pensions following the index of costs of living in the amount of 80 per cent and the trends in the average paid net salary of all employees in the amount of 20 per cent.
273- يعتبر تعديل المعاش كأداة للمعاشات وتأمين العجز تساعد على الحفاظ على القيمة الحقيقية للمعاشات تبعاً لمؤشرات تكاليف المعيشة بمبلغ نسبته 80 في المائة وللاتجاهات في متوسط صافي المرتب المدفوع لجميع العاملين بمبلغ نسبته 20 في المائة.

The Law on Pension and disability insurance (Official Gazette of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, No. 30/96) stipulate socalled general conditions for acquiring the right to a family pension, i.e. the conditions related to a deceased insuree and beneficiaries of the pension and disability insurance.
وينص قانون التقاعد وتأمين العجز (الجريدة الرسمية لجمهورية يوغوسلافيا الفيدرالية، العدد 30/96) على ما يسمى بشروط عامة لاكتساب الحق في معاش الأسرة، أي الشروط المتعلقة بالشخص المؤمن عليه المتوفى وبالمستفيدين من تأمين المعاش وتأمين العجز.

In December 1993, The former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia being a sovereign, independent, democratic and welfare State adopted the Law on Pension and disability insurance (Official Gazette of The former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia No. 80/1993) which for the first time autonomously regulated the relations and rights under pension and disability insurance.
258- وفي كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1993، فإن جمهورية مقدونيا اليوغوسلافية السابقة وبعد أن أصبحت دولة ذات سيادة، ومستقلة وديمقراطية وذات رفاه، اعتمدت القانون الخاص بمعاشات التقاعد وتأمين العجز (الجريدة الرسمية لجمهورية مقدونيا اليوغوسلافية السابقة، رقم 80/1993) الذي نظم ولأول مرة وبصورة ذاتية العلاقات والحقوق بموجب معاشات التقاعد وتأمين العجز.
