3 - تهيب بالدول وبالمجتمع الدولي أن يعملا على تهيئة بيئة تكفل رفاه النساء والفتيات، وذلك بطرق منها التعاون في الجهود الرامية إلى القضاء على الفقر المدقع ودعم هذه الجهود والمشاركة فيها، وتؤكد مجددا أن الاستثمارَ لما فيه صالح النساء والفتيات وحمايةَ حقوقهن من السبل الأكثر فعالية لإنهاء ممارسة تزويج الأطفال والزواج المبكر والزواج بالإكراه؛
