We firmly oppose any country or individual in advocating " two Chinas " , " one China, one Taiwan " or " one country, two Governments " in the United Nations, under whatever pretext, or in whatever manner, name or by whatever means.
ونحن نعارض بحزم أي بلد أو فرد يروج لفكرة " صينين " ، أو " صين واحدة وتايوان واحدة " أو " بلد واحد - وحكومتان " داخل اﻷمم المتحدة، تحت أية ذريعة أو بأية طريقة أو اسم أو بأية وسيلة كانت.

The records show that proposals for two Chinas -- proposals for one China and one Taiwan -- were categorically rejected by the General Assembly during those debates.
وتبين السجلات أن اقتراحي الصينين - اقتراح بصين واحدة وتايوان واحدة - كان مصيرهما الرفض القاطع من الجمعية العامة خلال تلك المناقشات.

At the same time, we are confident that any separatist act to create " two Chinas " or " one China, one Taiwan " , which runs counter to the tide of history, and any attempt to support such acts, will be doomed to failure.

It not only foiled the plot by a very small number of countries to create " two Chinas " or " one China, one Taiwan " in the United Nations then, but has also ruled out for good the possibility of such a plot achieving its evil purpose.
ولم يحبط ذلك القرار فحسب المؤامرة التي قادها عدد صغير جدا من البلدان ﻹيجاد " دولتين صينيتين " أو صين واحدة وتايوان واحدة في اﻷمم المتحدة في ذلك الحين، بل استبعد أيضا لﻷبد إمكانية أن تحقق مثل هذه المؤامرة مقاصدها الشريرة.
