1. Expresses its appreciation to the Special Rapporteur of the Commission on Human Rights on the situation of human rights in Myanmar for his interim report,A/51/466. and urges the Government of Myanmar to cooperate fully with the Special Rapporteur;
١ - تعرب عن تقديرها للمقرر الخاص للجنة حقوق اﻹنسان المعني بحالة حقوق اﻹنسان في ميانمار لتقريره المؤقت)١٠٧( عن حالة حقوق اﻹنسان في ميانمار، وتحث حكومة ميانمار على التعاون الكامل مع المقرر الخاص؛

9. Expresses its concern that the composition and working procedures of the National Convention do not permit either members of Parliament-elect or representatives of the ethnic minorities to express their views freely, and urges the Government of Myanmar to seek new and constructive means to promote national reconciliation;
٩ - تعرب عن قلقها من أن تشكيل المؤتمر الوطني وإجراءات عمله لا تسمح ﻷعضاء البرلمان المنتخبين أو ممثلي اﻷقليات العرقية بالتعبير عن آرائهم بحرية، وتحث حكومة ميانمار على أن تسعى إلى استخدام وسائل جديدة وبناءة، للنهوض بالمصالحة الوطنية؛

1. Expresses its appreciation to the Special Rapporteur of the Commission on Human Rights on the situation of human rights in Myanmar for his interim report,See A/51/466. and urges the Government of Myanmar to cooperate fully with the Special Rapporteur;
١ - تعرب عن تقديرها للمقرر الخاص للجنة حقوق اﻹنسان المعني بحالة حقوق اﻹنسان في ميانمار لتقريره المؤقت)٥(، وتحث حكومة ميانمار على التعاون الكامل مع المقرر الخاص؛

(e) The release from detention of some political activists, and urges the Government of Myanmar to free all remaining political prisoners, to ensure their personal safety and allow them to take part in the process of national reconciliation;
(ه) الإفراج عن بعض النشطاء السياسيين المحتجزين، وتحث حكومة ميانمار على إطلاق سراح جميع السجناء السياسيين المتبقين، وضمان سلامتهم الشخصية، وتمكينهم من المشاركة في عملية المصالحة الوطنية؛

8. Notes the dissemination of human rights standards for public officials through a series of human rights workshops, and encourages the Government of Myanmar to widen participation in these workshops to ensure that this information, and its practical implementation, can benefit all citizens of Myanmar;
8 - تلاحظ أنه تم نشر معايير حقوق الإنسان على المسؤولين الحكوميين عن طريق سلسلة من حلقات حقوق الإنسان وتحث حكومة ميانمار على توسيع نطاق المشاركة في هذه الحلقات لضمان إمكانية استفادة جميع مواطني ميانمار من هذه المعلومات ومن تطبيقها الفعلي؛

(d) At the keeping of Aung San Suu Kyi under de facto house arrest and other members of the National League for Democracy in prison, and urges the Government of Myanmar to release them immediately and unconditionally and allow them to exercise their freedom of association, movement and expression;
(د) إبقاء أونغ سان سو كيي قيد الإقامة الجبرية الفعلية في منزلها، وإبقاء غيرها من أعضاء الرابطة الوطنية من أجل الديمقراطية في السجن، وتحث حكومة ميانمار على الإفراج عنهم فوراً ودون قيد أو شرط وتمكينهم من ممارسة حقهم في تكوين الجمعيات وفي حرية التنقل والتعبير؛

8. Expresses its concern that the composition and working procedures of the National Convention do not permit either Members of Parliament-elect or representatives of the ethnic minorities to express their views freely, and urges the Government of Myanmar to seek new and constructive ways to promote national reconciliation and to restore democracy, through, inter alia, the establishment of a time frame for action;
8 - تعرب عن قلقها لأن تكوين الجمعية الوطنية وإجراءات عملها لا تسمح لأعضاء البرلمان المنتخبين ولا لممثلي الأقليات العرقية بالتعبير عن آرائهم بحرية، وتحث حكومة ميانمار على السعي إلى إيجاد وسيلة جديدة وبناءة لتشجيع المصالحة الوطنية واستعادة الديمقراطية بأمور منها وضع جدول زمني لاتخاذ إجراءات؛

18. Further welcomes the progress made in the development of some activities by the International Committee of the Red Cross, and urges the Government of Myanmar to allow it to carry out other activities in accordance with its mandate, in particular by granting access to detained persons and to areas of internal armed conflict;
18 - ترحب كذلك بالتقدم المحرز في تطوير بعض أنشطة لجنة الصليب الأحمر الدولية، وتحث حكومة ميانمار على السماح لها بالاضطلاع بأنشطتها الأخرى وفقا لولايتها، بطرق منها على وجه الخصوص أن تتيح لها إمكانية الوصول إلى الأشخاص المحتجزين وإلى مناطق النـزاع المسلح في الداخل؛

29 - ترحــب كذلك بزيـــارة المقرر الخـــاص إلـــى ميانمـــار في الفترة من 21 إلى 25 آب/أغسطس 2011 وبإتاحة فرص الوصول له، وتحث حكومة ميانمار على تنفيذ التوصيات الموجهة إلى الحكومة في تقريره(10) والتعاون على نحو تام مع المقرر الخاص في ممارسة ولايته، بطرق منها تيسير إجراء زيارات أخرى؛

29 - ترحــب كذلك بزيـــارة المقرر الخـــاص إلـــى ميانمـــار في الفترة من 21 إلى 25 آب/أغسطس 2011 وبإتاحة فرص الوصول له، وتحث حكومة ميانمار على تنفيذ التوصيات الموجهة إلى الحكومة في تقريره(10)، والتعاون تعاونا كاملا مع المقرر الخاص في ممارسة ولايته، بما في ذلك تيسير إجراء زيارات أخرى؛

5. Commends the recent meetings between Myanmar government representatives and the Nobel Peace Prize winner, Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, and urges the Government of Myanmar to open a substantial political dialogue with her and with other political leaders, including representatives of ethnic groups, as the best means to arrive at national reconciliation and the complete and rapid installation of democracy;
٥- تشيد بالاجتماعات التي عقدت مؤخراً بين ممثلي حكومة ميانمار وداو أونغ سان سوكي، الحائزة لجائزة نوبل للسلام، وتحث حكومة ميانمار على بدء حوار سياسي موضوعي معها ومع غيرها من الزعماء السياسيين، بمن فيهم ممثلو الجماعات اﻹثنية، باعتبار ذلك أفضل سبيل للتوصل الى المصالحة الوطنية وإرساء الديمقراطية بالكامل وبسرعة؛

6. Welcomes the release of Nobel Peace Prize winner Daw Aung San Suu Kyi on 10 July 1995, and urges the Government of Myanmar to allow her freedom of movement and to open immediately a substantial political dialogue with her and with other political leaders, including representatives of ethnic groups, as the best means to arrive at national reconciliation and the complete and rapid installation of democracy;
٦- ترحب باﻹفراج في ٠١ تموز/يوليه ٥٩٩١ عن داو أونغ سان سوو كيي الحائزة لجائزة نوبل للسلام، وتحث حكومة ميانمار على أن تتيح لها حرية التنقل وأن تشرع فوراً في حوار سياسي حقيقي معها ومع غيرها من الزعماء السياسيين، بمن فيهم ممثلو الجماعات الاثنية، باعتبار ذلك أفضل سبيل للتوصل الى المصالحة الوطنية وإرساء الديمقراطية بالكامل وبسرعة؛

3. Also welcomes the report of the Secretary-General7 on the visits to the country of his Special Envoy for Myanmar, strongly endorses his efforts to help facilitate the national reconciliation process among all interested parties in Myanmar, and encourages the Government of Myanmar to establish a constructive and regular dialogue with the Secretary-General in order to make better use of his good offices;
3 - ترحب أيضا بتقرير الأمين العام() عن الزيارات التي قام بها مبعوثه الخاص إلى ميانمار، وتؤيد بقوة جهوده لتيسير عملية المصالحة الوطنية فيما بين جميع الأطراف المعنية في ميانمار، وتحث حكومة ميانمار على إجراء حوار بنَّاء ومنتظم مع الأمين العام من أجل تحسين الاستفادة من مساعيه الحميدة؛
