Sudan should end the targeting of civilians in Darfur, ceases all support for Janjaweed/militia forces, and proceeds with the disarmament, demobilization and reintegration of such forces.
وينبغي للسودان أن يكفَّ عن استهداف المدنيين في دارفور، وأن يوقف كل ما يقدمه من دعم لقوات الجنجويد/الميليشيات، وأن يَمضي قُدماً في نزع سلاح هذه القوات وتسريح أفرادها وإعادة إدماجهم.

(b) To carry out enhanced activities of disarmament, demobilization and reintegration of Congolese armed groups and of disarmament, demobilization, repatriation, resettlement and reintegration of foreign armed groups, including as set out in paragraphs 19 to 28 below and paragraphs 3 (n) to (p) of resolution 1856 (2008);
(ب) تنفيذ أنشطة معززة في مجال نزع سلاح الجماعات المسلحة الكونغولية وتسريح أفرادها وإعادة إدماجهم ونزع سلاح الجماعات المسلحة الأجنبية وتسريح أفرادها وإعادتهم إلى أوطانهم وإعادة توطينهم وإعادة إدماجهم، على النحو المبين في الفقرات 19 إلى 28 أدناه والفقرات 3 (ن) إلى (ع) من القرار 1856 (2008)؛

(i) To support, including through its political mediation efforts, the completion of activities of disarmament, demobilization and reintegration of Congolese armed groups or their effective integration in the army, which would remain subject to prior adequate training and equipment;
(ط) تقديم الدعم، بطرق منها قيامها بجهود الوساطة السياسية، لإنجاز أنشطة نزع سلاح الجماعات المسلحة الكونغولية وتسريح أفرادها وإعادة إدماجهم أو دمجهم الفعلي في الجيش، وهو ما سيظل موقوفا على توفير ما يكفي من التدريب والمعدات بشكل مسبق؛

(k) The Government should make a clear commitment to, and donors should financially and technically support, the relaunch of a national disarmament, demobilization and reintegration programme for Congolese armed groups that offers meaningful alternatives to integration into FARDC;
(ك) أن تلتزم حكومة جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية التزاما واضحا بالعودة إلى تنفيذ برنامج وطني لنزع سلاح الجماعات المسلحة الكونغولية وتسريح أفرادها وإعادة إدماجهم يوفر لتلك الجماعات بدائل حقيقية لاندماج في القوات المسلحة، وأن يقدم المانحون الدعم المالي والتقني لهذا البرنامج؛

81. The disarmament, demobilization and reintegration of armed groups and their replacement by a national army; the training of a new, professional police force; the rehabilitation of the justice system; and stemming the threat posed by illicit drugs are all essential for security, prosperity and the restoration of rule of law in Afghanistan.
