1. There is great potential for NGOs to play important roles in conflict prevention and Resolution in Africa where most conflicts are intra-State by nature, as well as in post-conflict peace-building.
1 - من الممكن تماما أن تقوم المنظمات غير الحكومية بأدوار هامة في منع نشوب النزاعات وتسويتها في أفريقيا حيث تنشب معظم النزاعات داخل الدول بحكم طبيعتها، وكذلك خلال فترة بناء السلم بعد النـزاع.
