Further welcomes the invitation extended to the International Committee of the Red Cross to provide some technical assistance in prisons, and encourages the Government of Myanmar to allow it to carry out other activities in accordance with its mandate, in particular by granting access to persons detained and to areas of internal armed conflict;
24 - ترحب كذلك بالدعوة الموجهة إلى لجنة الصليب الأحمر الدولية لتقديم بعض المساعدة الفنية في السجون، وتشجع حكومة ميانمار على السماح لها بالاضطلاع بأنشطتها الأخرى وفقا لولايتها، بوسائل منها على وجه الخصوص إتاحة إمكانية الوصول إلى الأشخاص المحتجزين وإلى مناطق النزاع المسلح في الداخل؛

Welcomes the recent workshop held in cooperation with the Office of the High Commissioner in view of the upcoming universal periodic review by the Human Rights Council, and encourages the Government of Myanmar to seek further technical cooperation in the preparation of the universal periodic review and to cooperate fully and constructively throughout the process;
29 - ترحب بحلقة العمل التي عقدت مؤخرا بالتعاون مع المفوضية بالنظر إلى الاستعراض الدوري الشامل المتوقع أن يجريه مجلس حقوق الإنسان قريبا، وتشجع حكومة ميانمار على التماس مزيد من التعاون التقني من أجل التحضير للاستعراض الدوري الشامل والتعاون التام والبناء في جميع مراحل العملية؛

Strongly urges the Government of Myanmar to fulfil its obligations as a State party to the Forced Labour Convention, 1930 (No. 29), and to the Freedom of Association and Protection of the Right to Organize Convention, 1948 (No. 87), of the International Labour Organization, and encourages the Government of Myanmar to cooperate more closely with the International Labour Organization;
١٣ - تحث بقوة حكومة ميانمار على أن تفي بالتزاماتها كدولة طرف في الاتفاقية المتعلقة بالسخرة لعام ١٩٣٠ )رقم ٢٩( واتفاقية عام ١٩٤٨ )رقم ٨٧( المتعلقة بالحرية النقابية وحماية حق التنظيم النقابي لمنظمة العمل الدولية وتشجع حكومة ميانمار على التعاون بصورة أوثق مع منظمة العمل الدولية؛

Welcomes the continued positive developments in Myanmar towards political and economic reform, democratization and national reconciliation and the promotion and protection of human rights, recognizes the scale of the reform effort undertaken to date, and encourages the Government of Myanmar to take further steps to consolidate the progress made and address outstanding concerns;
1 - ترحــب بالتطورات الإيجابية المتواصلة في ميانمار في اتجاه الإصلاح السياسي والاقتصادي وإحلال الديمقراطية والمصالحة الوطنية وتعزيز حقوق الإنسان وحمايتها، وتسلّم بحجم الجهود المبذولة من أجل الإصلاح حتى الآن، وتشجع حكومة ميانمار على اتخاذ خطوات إضافية في سبيل تعزيز التقدم المحرز والتصدي للشواغل التي لا تزال قائمة؛

(j) The dissemination of human rights standards for public officials through a series of human rights workshops, and encourages the Government of Myanmar to widen participation in these workshops to ensure that this information, and its practical implementation, can benefit all citizens of Myanmar;
(ي) نشر معايير حقوق الإنسان لكي يطلّع عليها المسؤولون العموميون وذلك من خلال تنظيم سلسلة من حلقات العمل في مجال حقوق الإنسان، وتشجع حكومة ميانمار على توسيع نطاق المشاركة في حلقات العمل هذه بحيث تكفل أن تعود هذه المعلومات، وتطبيقها في الممارسة العملية، بالفائدة على جميع مواطني ميانمار؛

Welcomes the recent meetings between the Government of Myanmar and Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Aung San Suu Kyi, and encourages the Government of Myanmar to engage in a substantive political dialogue with Aung San Suu Kyi and other political leaders, including representatives from ethnic groups, as the best means of promoting national reconciliation and the full and early restoration of democracy;
٥ - ترحب بالاجتماعات التي عقدت مؤخرا بين حكومة ميانمار وأونغ سان سو كي الحائزة على جائزة نوبل للسلام، وتشجع حكومة ميانمار على الاشتراك في حوار سياسي موضوعي مع أونغ سان سو كي وغيرها من الزعماء السياسيين، بمن فيهم ممثلو الجماعات اﻹثنية، وذلك كأفضل سبيل لتعزيز المصالحة الوطنية واستعادة الديمقراطية بالكامل وفي وقت مبكر؛
