The State party should compile and provide the Committee with information on complaints, investigations, prosecution and convictions in cases of torture and ill-treatment, expulsions, length of trials of alleged perpetrators of torture and ill-treatment, violence against women, and the outcomes of all such complaints and cases, including redress.
ينبغي أن تجمِّع الدولة الطرف وتقدم إلى اللجنة معلومات بشأن الشكاوى والتحقيقات والملاحقات القضائية وحالات الإدانة في قضايا التعذيب والمعاملة السيئة والترحيل وطول محاكمات من يزعم ارتكابهم لجرائم التعذيب والمعاملة السيئة والعنف ضد المرأة، ونتائج كل هذه الشكاوى والقضايا، بما في ذلك جبر الضرر.

The Committee recommends that the State party enact legislation specifically prohibiting the use of statements obtained under torture as evidence in conformity with the Convention (art. 15) and that the competent authorities of the State party compile statistics and submit to the Committee cases where evidence obtained as a result of torture has been held inadmissible.

Article 7, paragraph 4, of the Optional Protocol provides that following the transmittal of its views and recommendations to the parties concerned, the State Party shall give due consideration to those views and recommendations and shall submit to the Committee a written response, including any information on any action taken in the light of those views and recommendations.

12.4 In accordance with article 7, paragraph 4, the State party shall give due consideration to the views of the Committee, together with its recommendations, and shall submit to the Committee, within six months, a written response, including any information on any action taken in the light of the views and recommendations of the Committee.
