The Heads of State or Government reaffirmed the sovereign right of States to acquire, manufacture, export, import and retain conventional arms for their self-defence and security needs.
38 - وأكد رؤساء الدول أو الحكومات مجددا الحق السيادي للدول في امتلاك الأسلحة التقليدية وتصنيعها وتصديرها واستيرادها والاحتفاظ بها لأغراض الدفاع عن النفس وتلبية الاحتياجات الأمنية.

At the same time, we reaffirm the sovereign and inherent right of States to acquire, manufacture, export, import and retain conventional arms for their self-defence and security needs in accordance with Article 51 of the Charter of the United Nations.

Ensure that the programmes supported for the security and protection of human rights defenders integrate a gender perspective and address the specific risks and security needs of women defenders and those working on women's rights or gender issues;
ضمان إدراج المنظور الجنساني في البرامج المدعومة لضمان أمن وحماية المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان والتصدي للمخاطر الخاصة وتلبية الاحتياجات الأمنية للنساء المدافعات ولمن يدافعون عن حقوق المرأة أو القضايا الجنسانية؛
