(أ) وضع وتنفيذ نظام شامل لجمع البيانات وتحليلها ورصدها وتقييم أثرها في جميع المجالات التي يغطيها البروتوكول الاختياري؛

6. The Committee recommends that the State party develop and implement a comprehensive system of data collection, analysis, monitoring and impact assessment of all the areas covered by the Optional Protocol, in cooperation with non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

(ج) مواصلة وضع وتنفيذ نظام شامل للتدابير البديلة عن الحرمان من الحرية، مثل الإفراج المشروط بفترة اختبار، وأوامر الخدمة المجتمعية، وإصدار الأحكام مع وقف التنفيذ، من أجل ضمان عدم اللجوء إلى الحرمان من الحرية إلا كإجراء أخير؛

(b) Continue to develop and implement a comprehensive system of alternative measures such as community service orders, family conferencing and interventions of restorative justice in order to ensure that deprivation of liberty is used only as a measure of last resort;
(ب) مواصلة تطوير وتنفيذ نظام شامل للتدابير البديلة، كأوامر الخدمة المجتمعية والمحاضرات الأسرية وتدخلات القضاء التصالحي، بغرض ضمان عدم اللجوء إلى الحرمان من الحرية إلا كإجراء أخير؛
