The Conference of the Parties took note of the statement by the Executive Secretary and approved the credentials of the representatives of the Parties attending the fourth session, on the understanding that the formal credentials for the representatives of the Parties referred to by the Executive Secretary would be communicated to the secretariat as soon as possible.
وقد أحاط مؤتمر اﻷطراف علماً ببيان اﻷمين التنفيذي وأقر وثائق تفويض ممثلي اﻷطراف الذين حضروا الدورة الرابعة، على أساس أن وثائق التفويض الرسمية لممثلي اﻷطراف الذين أشار إليهم اﻷمين التنفيذي سوف ترسل إلى اﻷمانة في أقرب وقت ممكن.

٦ - وكما يلاحظ في الفقرة ٢ من مذكرة اﻷمانة العامة، قُدمت أيضا وثائق التفويض الرسمية الصادرة عن رئيس اللجنة اﻷوروبية لممثلي الجماعة اﻷوروبية.

The Conference was informed that since the formal meeting of the Committee, credentials in due form had been received from the following States: Belarus, China, Equatorial Guinea, Finland, Japan, Malta, Norway and Serbia.
وأحيط المؤتمر علما بأن اللجنة تلقت منذ اجتماعها بصفة رسمية وثائق التفويض الرسمية من الدول التالية: بيلاروس وصربيا والصين وغينيا الاستوائية وفنلندا ومالطة والنرويج واليابان.
