The Committee remains concerned about the inadequate supply of social housing for low-income households and the continuing increase of rents in the private rental sector, in spite of the efforts made by the State party to increase the provision of social housing units.
23- وتظل اللجنة قلقة إزاء عدم كفاية المعروض من المساكن الاجتماعية للأسر المنخفضة الدخل واستمرار ارتفاع الإيجارات في قطاع الإيجار الخاص، على الرغم من الجهود التي تبذلها الدولة الطرف لزيادة المعروض من وحدات السكن الاجتماعي.

504. The Committee recommends that the State party take all the necessary measures, including the adoption of a national housing strategy, to guarantee the right to adequate housing to all persons residing under its jurisdiction and to address the problem of the lack of adequate social housing units.
