Accordingly, the CST shall, under the supervision of the Conference of the Parties (COP) undertake a survey and evaluation of relevant existing networks, institutions, agencies and bodies willing to become units of a network to support the implementation of the Convention.
وبناء عليه ستقوم لجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا، تحت إشراف مؤتمر اﻷطراف، باستقصاء وتقييم للشبكات والمؤسسات والوكالات والهيئات ذات الصلة القائمة، التي ترغب في أن تصبح وحدات في شبكة لدعم تنفيذ الاتفاقية.

Accordingly, the CST, under the supervision of the Conference of the Parties (COP) was to undertake a survey and evaluation of relevant existing networks, institutions, agencies and bodies willing to become units of a network to support the implementation of the Convention.

3. ٣- وفقا للمادة ٢٥ من الاتفاقية، تضع اللجنة، تحت إشراف مؤتمر اﻷطراف، ترتيبات ﻹجراء استقصاء وتقييم للشبكات والمؤسسات والهيئات القائمة ذات الصلة التي ترغب في أن تصبح وحدات في شبكة لدعم تنفيذ الاتفاقية.

Thus, under article 25 of the Convention, the CST shall, under the supervision of the COP, provide for the undertaking of a survey and evaluation of relevant existing networks, institutions, agencies and bodies willing to become units of a network to support implementation of the Convention.
وعليه، ستقوم لجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا، بموجب المادة ٥٢ من الاتفاقية وتحت إشراف مؤتمر اﻷطراف، باتخاذ ترتيبات لاجراء استقصاء وتقييم للشبكات والمؤسسات والوكالات والهيئات القائمة ذات الصلة والراغبة في أن تصبح وحدات في شبكة تدعم تنفيذ الاتفاقية.

1. The Committee on Science and Technology shall, under the supervision of the Conference of the Parties, make provision for the undertaking of a survey and evaluation of the relevant existing networks, institutions, agencies and bodies willing to become units of a network.
١- تقوم لجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا، تحت إشراف مؤتمر اﻷطراف، بوضع ترتيبات لاجراء استقصاء وتقييم للشبكات والمؤسسات والوكالات والهيئات القائمة ذات الصلة التي ترغب في أن تصبح وحدات في شبكة ما.

1. The Committee on Science and Technology shall, under the supervision of the Conference of the Parties, make provision for the undertaking of a survey and evaluation of the relevant existing networks, institutions, agencies and bodies willing to become units of a network.
١ - تقوم لجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا، تحت إشراف مؤتمر اﻷطراف، بوضع ترتيبات لاجراء استقصاء وتقييم للشبكات والمؤسسات والوكالات والهيئات القائمة ذات الصلة التي ترغب في أن تصبح وحدات في شبكة ما.

5. Under article 25 of the Convention, the Committee on Science and Technology (CST) shall, under the supervision of the COP, provide for the undertaking of a survey and evaluation of relevant existing networks, institutions, agencies and bodies willing to become units of a network to support implementation of the Convention.
5- تنص المادة 25 من الاتفاقية على أن تقوم لجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا، تحت إشراف مؤتمر الأطراف، بوضع ترتيبات لإجراء استقصاء وتقييم للشبكات والمؤسسات والوكالات والهيئات القائمة ذات الصلة التي ترغب في أن تصبح وحدات في شبكة تدعم تنفيذ الاتفاقية.

3. ٣- تقوم اللجنة تحت إشراف مؤتمر اﻷطراف، وفقاً للمادة ٥٢ من الاتفاقية، بوضع ترتيبات ﻹجراء مسح وتقييم للشبكات والمؤسسات والهيئات القائمة ذات الصلة التي ترغب في أن تصبح وحدات في شبكة لدعم تنفيذ الاتفاقية.

3. In accordance with article 25 of the Convention, the Committee shall, under the supervision of the Conference of the Parties, make provision for the undertaking of a survey and evaluation of the relevant existing networks, institutions, agencies and bodies willing to become units of a network to support the implementation of the Convention.
٣- عملاً بالمادة ٥٢ من الاتفاقية، تقوم اللجنة، تحت إشراف مؤتمر اﻷطراف، بوضع ترتيبات ﻹجراء استقصاء وتقييم للشبكات والمؤسسات والوكالات والهيئات القائمة ذات الصلة التي ترغب في أن تصبح وحدات في شبكة ما لتدعيم تنفيذ الاتفاقية.

In accordance with INCD decision 10/10, taken at the Committee's tenth session, the Secretariat solicited proposals for the undertaking of a survey and evaluation of existing networks, institutions, agencies and bodies willing to become units of a network to support the implementation of the Convention in accordance with its article 25.
وفقاً لمقرر لجنة التفاوض الحكومية الدولية المعنية بالتصحر ٠١/٠١، المتخذ في دورتها العاشرة، التمست اﻷمانة مقترحات بشأن استقصاء وتقييم لما هو موجود من الشبكات والمؤسسات والوكالات والهيئات المستعدة ﻷن تصبح وحدات في شبكة لدعم تنفيذ الاتفاقية وفقاً للمادة ٥٢ منها.

1. Pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 25 of the Convention to Combat Desertification (CCD), the Committee on Science and Technology is to make provision for undertaking a survey and evaluation of relevant existing networks, institutions, agencies and bodies willing to become units of a network to support implementation of the CCD.
١- تقضي أحكام الفقرة ١ من المادة ٥٢ من اتفاقية مكافحة التصحر بأن تقوم لجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا بوضع ترتيبات ﻹجراء استقصاء وتقييم للشبكات والمؤسسات والوكالات والهيئات القائمة ذات الصلة التي ترغب في أن تصبح وحدات في شبكة لدعم تنفيذ الاتفاقية.

1. In accordance with article 25 of the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD), the CST was to undertake a survey and evaluation of relevant existing networks, institutions, agencies and bodies willing to become units of a network to support the implementation of the Convention.
1- وفقا للمادة 25 من اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة التصحر، تقوم لجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا بإجراء استقصاء وتقييم للشبكات والمؤسسات والوكالات والهيئات القائمة ذات الصلة التي ترغب في أن تصبح وحدات في شبكة لدعم تنفيذ الاتفاقية.

27. In accordance with the requirements of article 25 of the Convention and with its decision 23/COP.1, the Conference of the Parties will have before it the report of the Committee on Science and Technology on the survey and evaluation of relevant existing networks, institutions, agencies and bodies willing to become units of a network to support implementation of the Convention (ICCD/COP(3)/CST/4).
27- ووفقا لمقتضيات المادة 25 من الاتفاقية والمقرر 23/م أ-1، سيعرض على مؤتمر الأطراف تقرير لجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا عن استقصاء وتقييم الشبكات والمؤسسات والوكالات والهيئات القائمة المعنية التي ترغب في أن تصبح وحدات في شبكة لدعم تنفيذ الاتفاقية (ICCD/COP(3)/CST/4).

Article 25 of the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification, “Networking of institutions, agencies and bodies”, stipulates in paragraph 1 that “the Committee on Science and Technology shall, under the supervision of the Conference of the Parties, make provision for the undertaking of a survey and evaluation of the relevant existing networks, institutions, agencies and bodies willing to become units of a network.
تنص المادة ٥٢ من اتفاقية اﻷمم المتحدة لمكافحة التصحر والمتعلقة " بتكوين شبكة مؤسسات وهيئات وأجهزة قائمة " في فقرتها ١ على ما يلي: " تقوم لجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا، تحت إشراف مؤتمر اﻷطراف، بوضع ترتيبات ﻹجراء استقصاء وتقييم للشبكات والمؤسسات والوكالات والهيئات القائمة ذات الصلة التي ترغب في أن تصبح وحدات في شبكة ما.
