163- تتخذ تدابير إضافية حيثما كانت هذه المقدسات عرضة للتدنيس أو التخريب، كما تضمن القوانين العراقية حق جميع الأشخاص في العبادة أو التجمع في إطار دينٍ أو معتقدٍ وفي إقامة وإدارة الأماكن اللازمة لهذه الأغراض، وحق جميع الأشخاص في كتابة وإصدار وتوزيع المنشورات ذات الصلة في هذه المجالات.

(h) To ensure, in particular, the right of all persons to worship, assemble or teach in connection with a religion or belief, their right to establish and maintain places for these purposes and the right of all persons to seek, receive and impart information and ideas in these areas;
(ح) أن تكفل بوجه خاص حق جميع الأشخاص في العبادة أو التجمع أو التدريس فيما يتعلق بأي دين أو معتقد، وحقهم في إقامة الأماكن اللازمة لهذه الأغراض وإدارتها، وحق جميع الأشخاص في التماس المعلومات والأفكار في هذه المجالات وتلقيها ونقلها؛

It protected the family and the right of all individuals to marry the person of the opposite sex of his or her choosing and to found a family, the rights of the child and the rights of minorities.
وأشارت إلى أنه يحمي الأسرة وحق جميع الأشخاص في الزواج من أي شخص يختارونه من الجنس الآخر وفي تكوين أسرة، وحقوق الطفل، وحقوق الأقليات.

(g) To ensure, in particular, the right of all persons to worship, assemble or teach in connection with a religion or belief and their right to establish and maintain places for these purposes, and the right of all persons to seek, receive and impart information and ideas in these areas;
(ز) أن تكفل بوجه خاص حق جميع الأشخاص في العبادة أو التجمع أو التدريس فيما يتعلق بأي دين أو معتقد وحقهم في إقامة وإدارة الأماكن اللازمة لهذه الأغراض وحق جميع الأشخاص في التماس المعلومات والأفكار في هذه المجالات وتلقيها ونقلها؛

(ح) أن تكفل بوجه خاص حق جميع الأشخاص في العبادة أو التجمع أو التدريس فيما يتعلق بأي دين أو معتقد وحقهم في إقامة الأماكن اللازمة لهذه الأغراض وإدارتها وحق جميع الأشخاص في التماس المعلومات والأفكار في هذه المجالات وتلقيها ونقلها؛

(ز) أن تكفل على وجه خاص حق جميع الأشخاص في العبادة أو التجمع أو التدريس لأغراض تتعلق بأي دين أو معتقد وحقهم في إقامة وصيانة الأماكن المهيأة لهذه الأغراض، وحق جميع الأشخاص في التماس وتلقي وتوزيع معلومات وأفكار في هذه المجالات؛

(g) To ensure, in particular, the right of all persons to worship, assemble or teach in connection with a religion or belief and their right to establish and maintain places for these purposes, and the right of all persons to seek, receive and impart information and ideas in these areas;
(ز) أن تكفل بوجه خاص حق جميع الأشخاص في العبادة أو التجمع أو التدريس فيما يتعلق بأي دين أو معتقد وحقهم في إقامة الأماكن اللازمة لهذه الأغراض وإدارتها وحق جميع الأشخاص في التماس المعلومات والأفكار في هذه المجالات وتلقيها ونقلها؛

(g) To ensure, in particular, the right of all persons to worship, assemble or teach in connection with a religion or belief and their right to establish and maintain places for these purposes, and the right of all persons to seek, receive and impart information and ideas in these areas;
(ز) أن تكفل على وجه خاص حق جميع الأشخاص في العبادة أو التجمع أو التدريس لأغراض تتعلق بأي دين أو معتقد وحقَّهم في إقامة وصيانة الأماكن المهيأة لهذه الأغراض، وحق جميع الأشخاص في التماس معلومات وأفكار في هذه المجالات وتلقيها وتوزيعها؛

(d) To ensure, in particular, the right of all persons to worship or assemble in connection with a religion or belief and to establish and maintain places for these purposes and the right of all persons to write, issue and disseminate relevant publications in these areas;
(د) أن تكفل، على وجه الخصوص، حق جميع الأشخاص في العبادة أو التجمع فيما يتعلق بأي دين أو معتقد وفي إقامة وإدارة الأماكن اللازمة لهذه الأغراض، وحق جميع الأشخاص في كتابة وإصدار جميع المنشورات ذات الصلة في هذه المجالات؛

(d) To ensure, in particular, the right of all persons to worship or assemble in connection with a religion or belief and to establish and maintain places for these purposes, as well as the right of all persons to write, issue and disseminate relevant publications in these areas, taking into account the limitations contained in article 29 of the Universal Declaration on Human Rights;
(د) أن تكفل، على وجه الخصوص، حق جميع الأشخاص في العبادة أو التجمع فيما يتعلق بأي دين أو معتقد وفي إقامة وإدارة الأماكن اللازمة لهذه الأغراض، وحق جميع الأشخاص في كتابة وإصدار وتوزيع المنشورات ذات الصلة في هذه المجالات، مع مراعاة القيود الواردة في المادة 29 من الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان؛

(h) To ensure, in particular, the right of all individuals to worship, assemble or teach in connection with a religion or belief and their right to establish and maintain places for these purposes, and the right of all individuals to seek, receive and impart information and ideas in these areas;
(ح) أن تكفل بوجه خاص حق جميع الأفراد في العبادة أو التجمع أو التدريس لأغراض تتعلق بدين أو معتقد وحقهم في إقامة وصيانة الأماكن المهيأة لهذه الأغراض، وحق جميع الأشخاص في التماس معلومات وأفكار في هذه المجالات وفي تلقيها ونشرها؛

This is important in connection with the subject under consideration, in view of the fact that the right to the truth and the right of all persons not to be victims of enforced disappearance are intimately related.
