30. The General Assembly convened a commemorative high-level plenary meeting to evaluate progress made in the implementation of the Declaration and the Plan of Action contained in the document entitled " A world fit for children " in December 2007.
30 - عقدت الجمعية العامة، في كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2007، اجتماعا عاما تذكاريا رفيع المستوى لتقييم التقدم المحرز نحو تنفيذ الإعلان وخطة العمل الواردين في الوثيقة المعنونة " عالم صالح للأطفال " ().

In order the achieve the full and timely implementation of the Declaration and Plan of Action contained in " A world fit for children " , the international community needs to scale up its response to the remaining challenges.
ولتحقيق التنفيذ الكامل الحسن التوقيت للإعلان وخطة العمل الواردين في " عالم صالح للأطفال " ، لا بد للمجتمع الدولي من رفع مستوى مواجهته للتحديات المتبقية.

100. " A world fit for children " , the outcome document adopted at the twenty-seventh special session of the General Assembly, and subsequent resolutions have called on the Secretary-General to report regularly to the Assembly on progress in implementing the Declaration and Plan of Action contained in that document.
100 - وقد طلبت خطة العمل " عالم صالح للأطفال " ، وهي الوثيقة الختامية التي اعتمدتها دورة الجمعية العامة الاستثنائية السابعة والعشرون، والقرارات الصادرة فيما بعد، إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم إلى الجمعية العامة تقارير منتظمة عن التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ الإعلان وخطة العمل الواردين في تلك الوثيقة.

2. At the historic session of the Assembly devoted exclusively to children, delegations from 190 countries adopted the Declaration and Plan of Action set out in the document entitled " A world fit for children " (resolution S-27/2, annex).
2 - وفي الدورة التاريخية للجمعية العامة التي خـُصـّصت حصرا للطفل، اعتمدت وفود من 190 بلدا الإعلان وخطة العمل الواردين في الوثيقة المعنونة " عالم صالح للأطفال " (القرار دإ-27/2، المرفق).

2. The commemorative high-level plenary session of the General Assembly held from 11 to 13 December 2007 reaffirmed the commitment of Governments to the full implementation of the Declaration and the Plan of Action contained in the world fit for children document.
2 - وكررت الجلسات التذكارية العامة الرفيعة المستوى التي عقدتها الجمعية العامة في الفترة من 11 إلى 13 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2007، تأكيدها على التزام الحكومات بالتنفيذ الكامل للإعلان وخطة العمل الواردين في وثيقة عالم صالح للأطفال.

Because of this, I would like to add Peru's support to the draft declaration (A/62/L.31) that we hope to adopt by consensus, in which we shall all reaffirm our commitment to the implementation of the Declaration and Plan of Action set out in " A world fit for children " .
