وخلال الفترة التي يتناولها التقرير أكملت الوكالة تشييد 12 مبنى مدرسي و 32 غرفة دراسة إضافية لتجنب اللجوء إلى نظام الفترات الثلاث وللاستعاضة عن غرف الدراسة غير الآمنة، كما شيدت أيضا ثلاث غرف متخصصة.
