One thing is certain: African countries are individually and collectively pulling their full weight in the activity necessary at the national, subregional and global levels to provide concrete solutions to the challenge of climate change.
وهناك شيء واحد مؤكد، أن البلدان الأفريقية، فرادى وجماعة، تلقي بكل ثقلها في النشاط الضروري على المستويات القطرية ودون الإقليمية والعالمية لتقديم حلول ملموسة لتحدي تغير المناخ.

To prevent and remove, bearing in mind the unique characteristics, circumstances and magnitude of the problem in each region, avoidable inconsistencies or incoherence between various measures and procedures at the regional, subregional and global levels which could undermine the overall effectiveness of preventing, combating and eradicating the illicit trade in small arms and light weapons in all its aspects.
مع مراعاة الخصائص الفريدة لكل منطقة والظروف التي تسودها وحجم المشكلة التي تواجهها، تفادي وإزالة أوجه عدم الاتساق وعدم الترابط التي يمكن تفاديها بين مختلف التدابير والإجراءات على الأصعدة الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية والعالمية والتي يمكن أن تضعف الكفاءة العامة في مجال منع الاتجار غير المشروع بالأسلحة الصغيرة والأسلحة الخفيفة من جميع جوانبه ومكافحته والقضاء عليه.

17A.63 The subprogramme is expected to achieve its objectives and expected accomplishments on the assumption that: (a) government development policies will continue to include information and communication technology, science and technology as a priority; (b) partners will continue their support; and (c) there will be involvement of key actors and stakeholders at the national, subregional and global levels.
17 ألف-63 ينتظَر أن يحقق هذا البرنامج الفرعي أهدافه وإنجازاته المتوقعة على افتراض ما يلي: (أ) أن تبقى السياسات الإنمائية الحكومية متضمنة لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات والعلم والتكنولوجيا بوصفها أولوية؛ (ب) أن يواصل الشركاء تقديم دعمهم؛ (ج) مشاركة الجهات الفاعلة الرئيسية وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين على المستويات الوطنية ودون الإقليمية والعالمية.
