“1. Approves, pursuant to the relevant provisions of its resolutions 687 (1991) and 715 (1991), the provisions for the monitoring mechanism contained in annex I of the aforementioned letter of 7 December 1995 (S/1995/1017), subject to the terms of this resolution;
" ١ - يوافق، عملا بأحكام قراريه ٦٨٧ )١٩٩١( و ٧١٥ )١٩٩١(، على اﻷحكام الخاصة بآلية الرصد الواردة في المرفق اﻷول بالرسالة السالفة الذكر المؤرخة ٧ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٥ )S/1995/1017(، وذلك رهنا بأحكام هذا القرار؛

1. Approves the comments and recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions as expressed in chapter I of its first report on the proposed programme budget for the biennium 1996-1997, subject to the provisions of the present resolution, and requests the Secretary-General to take necessary measures thereon;
١ - توافق على تعليقات وتوصيات اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون اﻹدارة والميزانية بالصيغة المعـرب عنهـا فـي الفصـل اﻷول مـن تقريرهـا اﻷول عـن الميزانيـة البرنامجيـة المقترحـة لفتـرة السنتين ٦٩٩١-٧٩٩١، وذلك رهنا بأحكام هذا القرار، وتطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يتخذ التدابير اللازمة بشأنها؛

٢ - توافق على مشروع جدول مؤتمرات واجتماعات اﻷمم المتحدة لفترة السنتين ١٩٩٨-١٩٩٩ كما قدمته لجنة المؤتمرات)٣(، وذلك رهنا بأحكام هذا القرار؛

6. Approves the recommendations of the Commission on the harmonization of the conditions of service of staff of the United Nations common system organizations in non-family duty stations, as contained in its annual report for 2010, subject to the provisions of the present resolution;
6 - توافق على توصيات اللجنة بشأن مواءمة شروط خدمة الموظفين العاملين في المنظمات المشاركة في النظام الموحد للأمم المتحدة في مراكز العمل التي لا يُسمح فيها باصطحاب الأسرة كما وردت في تقريرها السنوي لعام 2010، وذلك رهنا بأحكام هذا القرار؛

12. Endorses the conclusions and recommendations contained in the report of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions, and requests the Secretary-General to ensure their full implementation, with the understanding that the Secretary-General should have adequate resources to address the changing situation on the ground, subject to the provisions of the present resolution;
12 - تؤيد الاستنتاجات والتوصيات الواردة في تقرير اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الإدارة والميزانية()، وتطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يكفل تنفيذها بالكامل، بشرط أن يتوافر للأمين العام ما يكفي من موارد لمواجهة الحالة المتغيرة ميدانيا، وذلك رهنا بأحكام هذا القرار؛

Accepts the financial reports and audited financial statements and the reports and audit opinions of the Board of Auditors regarding the above-mentioned organizations, subject to the provisions of the present resolution, with the exception of the financial statements of the United Nations Development Programme,4 the United Nations Population Fund10 and the Fund of the United Nations International Drug Control Programme;12
